Picking Strawberries in Marble Falls, Texas | Homeschool Field Trip | Crystal Lopez

I took the little kids and we drove to Marble Falls for a recent homeschool field trip. We picked seven pounds of fresh strawberries and tons of Peonies and some Irises at a place called Sweet Berry Farm. We also stopped at a delicious gelato and coffee place in Blanco, Texas, on the way home and had water buffalo gelato!
Then, we took about half of the strawberries and made a trifle dessert for one of my older boys' 15th birthday!

Ive been recording many of our field trips. I have a backlog of videos my editor is working through.
And thank you!! I lost 12 pounds.... but... dare I say Ive gained some back. It's such a struggle. But getting back on track again. And yes, I will share more details on the foods Im eating!! Mostly Mediterranean and low glycemic.
