Hi guys. Today I made zipper with totally different inside slot details. It can access to banknotes/bills and cards more easier than before.
In size of W 10.5 cm. | 4" 1/8"
D 2.2 cm. | 7/8"
H 20 cm. | 7" 7/8"
In this project we use local veg tanned in Thailand
AmyRoke pricking Iron 3.38 from atelieramyroke.com
BondTech Glue, a local glue brand in Thailand
YueFung Thread in 0.55 from YueFung Hong Kong
Awl blade from Blanchard with custom made handle

I am currently making this for myself. At the dreaded zipper part. Thankfully my nintendo ds2 is the exact size to put in the center while I shape the zipper! Yay for me.

Normally I use 1cm. radius for standard zipper corner. :)

I went onto Etsy website to purchase the pattern for this wallet, unfortunately it did not accept my credit card. I verified twice that i entered the correct number, both times it declined. I know my credit card is good i use it all the time. Do you not accept Amex cards?

My web in ETSY accept payment through PayPal only. You can try my other website at www.leatherbagpattern.com , I just add the credit card payment via stripe. I think it’s accept Amex card, Visa, Master Card and Apple pay.
How thick is the leather used?
I use 0.9-1.0 mm for the inside and .8 mm for the outside.

I'm using the same thickness for the entire wallet and it doesnt seem to be an issue.
penelope 2232 what thickness? I made one recently with 3 oz outer, 3 oz inner lining, and 2 oz everything else

THANK YOU! What is the silver colored tool you used when opening the zipper to remove the mold?
It was just the screwdriver part of a multi-tool. Specifically, a Leatherman Skeletool, using the flat screwdriver side of the bit.
