    I don't care who trash talks my Thompson Center Compass it filled my moose tag last Wednesday only had the rifle two months and only one day at the range to sight in before moose season started

      My $275 TC compass is more accurate than most rifles twice it's price

      Thank you I really appreciate that. For a hunter IMO this rifle is by far the best value on the market. A friend of mine has a T/C Compass in .300 Win Mag. It's not quite as accurate as this one but still sub M.O.A. at 600 yards. The compass dramatically outperfoms the entry level Remington and Mossberg

    Why does it need a new stock if it shoots so well as is ?

      Weight, length of pull and comb height. This rifle is marketed as an entry level hunting rifle so it's very light. That's great if you're hauling it around on your shoulder all day but I shoot F class and PRS competitions so a heavier solid wood stock will tighten those groups up plus the Boyds At One has an adjustable pull length and comb height so i can fit the stock to myself make quick followup shots easy and easier to see miss hits.
