✏️ Here is the transcript of the video.
    ▶ What is OEE?
OEE means Overall Equipment Effectiveness, and it is a proven way to monitor and improve process efficiency.
OEE is a diagnostic tool. It does not give you a solution to your problem.
It is a KPI that measures effectiveness and deviations from effective machine performance.
You can use OEE in TPM and Lean Programs.
    ▶ Six Big Losses
The goal is to reduce the six big equipment-based losses:
    1) Equipment Breakdown
    2) Setup and Adjustment
    3) Minor Stoppage
    4) Reduced Speed
    5) Start-Up Scrap
    6) Product Scrap
    ▶ 3 Categories
OEE represents the percentage of good production time on the selected equipment.
The six big losses can be grouped into 3 categories:
    A) Availability Loss
    B) Performance Loss
    C) Quality Loss
and the OEE can be calculated as:
    OEE = Availability x Performance x Quality
    Remember!
Use OEE as an improvement KPI and not as the final goal of your company.

Worth watching!! This video has highlighted the right way to understand OEE. OEE is not a bad metric, but one should know how to use it. One can also use “Thrive” a very effective tool for OEE Tracking Software professionals are recommending it. Thanks!!

What a nonsense page. The video only explains very basic information which can also be found from a simple search. And the pdf to download is just a CLICKBAIT with no content inside. Gave links to more links and link to buy their PREMIUM notes.
and then keep spamming our mail inboxes with junks

      Thank you for your comment.
Just to clarify. It is written that the PDF is only 3 videos worth seeing on OEE. Is not it?
Yes, I agree with you that the video gives just some basic concepts.
What you call SPAM is just 3 emails with links to resources I think could be useful.
      You can cancel anytime.
How do you think I could improve?
