Schubert - pick and place machine to individually package various pastry items

A very flexible packaging machine solution for the California based family-owned Mary Ann’s Baking Company to package 12 different pastry products, such as cinnamon rolls, danishes, strudels and more into 4 different types of packaging with 8 different formats. The machine system by Schubert enables the packaging of up to 612 different products per minute into clamshells, plastic trays, corrugated trays or cases. To accommodate the different heights of the packaging, a height-adjustable chain conveyor is used on this machine to enable feeding various sized packages at the ideal working height of the pick and place robots. The chain conveyor automatically adjusts during format changes to guarantee quick and easy changeovers.

Ach ich freue mich schon mit meinem neuen alten Arbeitgeber Fuji Seal Germany (ehemals PAGO Etikettiersysteme) mal wieder ein Schubert Projekt umzusetzen. Ich war schon einige Male bei euch im Werk und war jedes mal sehr beeindruckt. Gruß an den Herrn Breitschwerdt, wenn es ihn denn noch gibt
