Origins is actually, proudly, the first and only easter egg I've ever completed solo, and I practically followed a speed running video and tried making my own steps to fully utilize time. So yes, I will be watching this and talking note. Tyvm- origins is like a hobby now.

Yess great video tyty! I've had varying success with the Fire Staff Glitch for ages so keen to get the in depth guide. Noticed you have boomhilda, stg, and fire staff when running up to down near the tommy, but then have the tommy when you switch for ice. Do you buy the tommy once you go down in place of your mule kick (fire staff)?
@@artiechokie when you down initially your mule kick weapon will disappear until QR fully revives you, when you buy the tommy gun it will be your new mule kick weapon but then be replaced later with the thing you downed with

it’s like how the fuck do you figure out these glitches, mainly the AFD step, it genuinely amazes me how these speedrunners have pretty much mastered these crazy glitches and shortcuts that you never would’ve thought of back when chronicles came out
You should make a version of this for casual players, like the most optimized way to complete the easter egg but without certain things like the self medication glitch and such I've only ever seen 1 example of this for any map and it's not even the entire easter egg, but I've seen guides on how to get PaP open on round 2 solo for SoE
please make a quick tutorial on motd solo on bo2, a shadows solo, or a revelations solo tutorial. those are the ones I like playing and watching the most. Great tutorial btw
Any reason why my ascend from darkness step wont work? Im getting through the egg but when it gets to putting the fire staff down 4 times it never works. ive tried it legit and using a mod menu for speed because i thought it was my skill but still doesn’t work. i put fire, grab another and head to wall buy. down buy gun and pick up ice and put fire back. after this never seem to get the 3rd or 4th
@@TrevHew This video goes over robots, gum cycles are rather simple, you have 5 gums in your pack and within 5 spins you’re guaranteed to get every single gum, you cannot get the same gum until the gum cycle has finished
I don’t have 2 players to try or internet. But will you try using the Jak and Daxter debug menu code while killing shooting the shadowman. It’s based off of the Konami Code. Please I’m hopeful for impossible Easter egg info.
@@Freckleston1 it’s complicated I know sorry. Theres a hidden debug menu in the old jak games on ps2 it’s the Konami code hidden behind a few extra inputs. I figured with shang ri La having a Konami code thing it might be worth trying the jak debug menu method while another player shoots the shadowman. It’s just theory based. Sorry. I know this has nothing to do with origins.
