I'm a new Sat operator chasing a contact in this video. My up-link was calibrated and I could hear myself fine. I constantly had to re-tune my down-link trying to keep the contact calling CQ tuned. I normally run my SatPC32 Cat Tuning SSB/CW Interval at 30, but during this video I changed to 70 in hopes of keeping the contact intelligible, but suspect the operator just was not adjusting doppler at all.
Note - Shortly after I answered the op calling CQ my antenna had to rotate 180 degrees before I picked the operator up again. Still even after responding the operator drifted off again.
It is not clear if I have the problem or the other operator as I've never encountered this issue before.
