It's a manga so you have to read, and yes it's a school for vampires and there are werewolves too so it's werewolves vs vampires.

Um not actually, Decelis academy which they are attending is just a "human" school (but it is a night school tho) and Enhypen characters disguise themselves as humans and attending there. You can see why it's not for vampires where Sooha (the main girl) transfer to this academy for the reason of not wanting to be associated with vampires in the first place.
