@Tuukka Silventoinen It's not being negative, objectively speaking this years season was really boring. Everybody is racing for the championship - and this was unbelievably one-sided.

Schumacher did a great job and people just need to admit it. There were a lot of stars on the F2 grid and he was always there or there abouts. I personally really look forward to seeing him in F1
I think most people aren't highlighting him because his title charge was more quiet then others.
@@themidnightinator yeah I see what you mean. I would add though, having watched the whole season, that while his campaign started quiet it was very quickly pretty loud. You don’t just end up on the podium 9 times by chance.

You can imagine how proud Micks family were when he became champion. Hes got pure talent and following in his fathers footsteps by joining and no disrespect to haas but hes joined a smaller team like his father did and he will be in a ferrari seat one day ad will be an F1 champion lets hope he can eqaul and beat his fathers record put a stamp on his own legacy
Tsunoda and Drugovich were the biggest surprises this year no doubt. This was only Tsunoda’s second season competing in Europe (most competitive region), and Drugovich only had one points finish in F3 last year.
That was close between :
Ticktum, Ilott, Zhou, Schwartzman, Schumacher, Mazepin and Tsunoda

F2 Best season I think!! I like it more than F1 this year. Schumacher, Shwartzman, Tsunoda, Mazepin, more characteristic driver and team

So many talents in F2 but so limited seats in F1. Really unfortunate that we don't get to see all of those drivers :(

It's so crazy to think that Schumacher didn't win a single race till Monza. Managed to just about stay in contention and then capitalised when it mattered the most
Honestly, it would have been possible for Schumacher to win the title without winning a single race this season.
I am amazed at the duplicity of people, they call Mazepin a dangerous driver, but at the same time they do not write words about Schumacher, although he drives in the same way
They just trying to cancel Mazepin, that is all. If these "fans" truly cared about dangerous driving there would have been lot bigger protests against a drivers like Maldonado or Grosjean.

I think the amount of penalties each of them racked up this season pretty much sums up that Mazepin is more dangerous than Schumacher.

and if you look at every f2 driver, they all drives as hard as possible, so i guess all that hate about Mazepin is just because they don't like him as person

He's been mighty impressive this season. His qualifying hadn't been the greatest after his pole in race 1, but his comeback drives, despite his bad luck, have been amazing.

Dear Team F1 & F2,
Appreciate the efforts put in by you in making the video.
I also understand the concept of showing what sells. The last race, the winning race for Jehan Daruwala, was a lot more special for us. Would gave liked the video even more if the fact that an Indian Driver had won an F2 race was also highlighted or at least given a slight bit of importance. His radio conversation was very well put in the video. If you want to target an audience of 1.3Bn you should also give some weightage to these things also.

@@redbullsauberpetronas For his first year, at least, I think you would be right. He’s probably gonna lose to Mazepin next year, because he tends to not hit the ground running in his first year. Couple that with Mazepin saying his driving is better the faster the cars get, and he doesn’t have much of a chance.

I don't think this will happen. Tsunoda is in a car miles better then Schumacher's. Even with Schumacher's consistency and speed, it's unlikely he'll be able to battle Tsunoda. I expect he'll have a few battles with Russell, Latfi, and Mazepin.

Really really sad for jehan as he had few amazing races and a race win and got absolutely zero screen time while zhou got feautred for not finishing so many races.
Drugovich had a great year, I hope that in a better team he will continue to evolve, it is sad not to see a Brazilian driver in F1, in my opinion ,he is the great promise for the future
I don’t think he was special this season. He had great races for sure but the great races were because of reverse grid. He is too inconsistent.

The quality on the grid this year was fantastic. Schwartzman is probably favourite for next season but I'm looking forward to seeing Piastri, Lundgaard, Zhou take it to him and hopefully guys like Sargeant, Pourchaire and Vips find drives for next year
Vips has a seat at HiTech, along with Liam Lawson, and Daruvula has a seat at Carlin.

Imo from these shots you can't say much about the races. I'd rather watch proper highlights with standings after every race or so etc. From this I just see cool clips that tell no story
