I'm in love with this show too! I've been obsessively watching the show every week, and then usually seeing the eps. again with my mom. I just adore Marshall! He's SO sweet and cute plus an interesting character.

Oh yea! I was already signed up when they were promoting it a few months prior to it's actual premier. Diablo Cody is a fantastic writer! I was hooked after reading Candy Girl and watching Juno....I knew this was going to be amazing!....and I was NOT disappointed! :)

I can't find the pilot anywhere on the interwebs. Do you remember anything about the song ... lyrics, male vocalists, female vocalists, etc? All I can remember is the two songs from The Eels. Great news about it being renewed, too!
You know what? Marshall is classy, that's a great word to use! And I think he and Jason are so cute together. Here's hoping they get a happy ending (ain't gonna happen, but I can hope).
Char & Marshall...oh, come on! Haven't your feelings for someone ever done a *rapid* 180 degree turn? Excellent show, excellent cast...of course, *my* favorite is Rosemarie DeWitt- when you said she deserved an Oscar nomination for Rachel Getting Married, I'm surprised you didn't *hear* me yelling "DAMN STRAIGHT!"
Glad you found it! Have you gotten caught up with all the episodes yet? I think, for the most part, it just gets better and better. I plan on making a new video in the next day or two about the most recent episodes. Keep watching!
What did everyone think of last week? I thought the episode was a little disappointing. Not bad, but not great. The parents and their relationship with Tara and Char just didn't ring true to me. Plus, I missed Marshall's "straight boyfriend." I think that's a really intriguing idea (even if it will all end bad) and I hope they don't abandon it. But, I did LOVE the new, piss bandit alter. AWESOME!

Yeah, the Char and Marshall thing didn't ring true to me either, like the parents. It was weird how she was a total bitch to him, then all of sudden they cuddled up and everything was okay? As for Marshall's crush ... I'm not sure. I sure hope so, even if it does have a lot of heartbreak potential, I still think it's a really interesting dynamic between them.

Totally agree, I think the show has some real lasting power. I have, for the most part, thought that each episode is stronger than the last.
