    cutting angl also depends a lot on the hardness of embedding media and temperature as well of the cutting speed

    what cutting angl do you mean, inclination or declination. For some sliding microtoms the horizontal cutting angl is also important

    cutting angel does not depend on the microtom but it depends on the knife, embedding and specimen
