cutting angel does not depend on the microtom but it depends on the knife, embedding and specimen
what cutting angl do you mean, inclination or declination. For some sliding microtoms the horizontal cutting angl is also important
cutting angle also depends on the way the knife is sharpend and the form.. as well of the knifes facette
It would help if you leveled the video camera on the tripod before you shoot this.
