Ren & Sam, this crowd do not realise they are witnessing history. This was uploaded in 2018 so was likely performed earlier. Fast forward to 2023, Ren now No1 on UK album charts, Sam with his own tour and having opened for his idol Justin Bieber. Ren met Sam when he was on his way home from a busking gig on his own and spotted Sam busking on a corner with no gear or mic and just a hat to collect coin. Ren watched and liked Sam's voice so offered stay and back him and allow Sam to use his mic and amp. The rest is now history. They then released a song they co-wrote called Blind-Eyed. There are several versions of that but the best is the MC Sessions version. A must watch. Nice reaction.
This just goes to show you never know who is out there right now that we won't know about for several more years. Did Sam sign with a label? Everybody must do what they feel they have to do but signing is the easy way because they give you exposure. Going by word of mouth and independent it's a long hard struggle. I think Sam would be the first to tell you that it should be Ren with his own big tours but I would encourage him to do it staying independent.

You need to do their sing Blind Eyed. That was basically the first sing Ren did after he felt better. My favorite is featuring angry car park attendant. But the MC seasons is better audio quality. Please react to either of those versions. There's like 5 to choose from 😂
Now, Ren is #1 and Sam Tompkins opened for Justin Beaber last year. They are both on their way. Check out Sam's original songs. 😁

Welcome to Sam - one of the most insane vocal ranges out there which as others have said, Ren just stumbled across singing on a street corner with no mic or amp or anything. Ren played guitar for him and let him use his mic and amp for a couple of hours and let Sam keep all the money they earned and from that fateful meeting, a friendship was born.
Again, this video just highlights how Ren is just more than happy to let others have their moment in the spotlight and shine.
Just imagine being there and watching this and then fast forward 5 years later and they are both smashing down the walls on their way to being huge international stars.

Sam’s songs will break your face. Make sure you’re ready to be emotional when you watch his originals. I love how Sam isn’t afraid to show his feelings.
And Ren is just….Ren. I’ve never seen an artist more free to be exactly who he is.
