I have watched a few videos now and I think you are underestimating Mad Ryu in later game. I’m on Chapter 29 and he still gets me through the most difficult matches I’m stuck on. Especially when he gets off multiple Combo 1 with the Viper assist. Just Nukes people down. Great videos though keep it up brother

Rokage. Jesus ease up on the personal tier lists. I feel like you need full access to a CN account because some of us know how all characters are viable in certain situations. You change it every time you make it further in your own account. Why not breakdown teams with nice perks and conditions. Personally rating tier lists once a week has become old.
And he keep pronounce Guile name wrong, who the hell is guild? Its Guy-al

14:20 She is not that unique , Cammy and Gen have the very same ability in the assist slots , and not only that Viper is not that better than them just they have diff usages. Viper is AoE and backline dmg unit , when Gen and Cammy are extreme single target nuking dmg , they shine mostly vs bosses and all other stages without Bison. The tier list is kinda messsed up , esp cuz of B Zangief being lower than viper as well , since he is the key to pass basically every stage in the game that has higher power than you , or has Bison. Beside that good work , keep up brate 🤞
Combat guile over Rose and gen that is actually MAD false
people underestimate guiles because they don't actually go out of their way to build either of them. you'd be surprised how strong both of them actually are. I personally haven't fully build rose, so I can't comment on it, but I know for a fact that both Guiles are heavily underrated a lot of the time.
Yea like I said, I know they should be in top 10 but I didnt used Gen, Rose and Combat Guile yet to full potential so its hard for me to say. Will consider this in future tier list. Thanks
it's all also content specific. like Gen/T.Cammy are prob S tier in single target DPS content such as Effigy or trials of fire. Where as they'd probably be like A in story content. You can't run the same team for everything in this game.
Both guile are annoying to face, wind even more imo

What happened to Mad Ryu ?
He's really good early game like Chun Li, but I feel like the unit just gets outshined eventually once you start to build other teams. Like a really popular team right now contains units that just blow him and chun away. making them obsolete almost. As I said, still really strong and can help you throughout a lot of the game. I still use him a lot in Effigy on my server and was dealing well over 200m a hit.

I highly disagree with this and this tier list lol. Guy and Mad Ryu are better than alot of the characters he has listed above them.
