The (at least) full version of the ID itself has been finally found, I actually found this accidentally when I was searching some WCNY programs lol.

Remembering "Festival '75" the first PBS national public membership and awareness campaign for many PBS stations including my own station: KPBS San Diego, running from Friday March 7th, 1975 through Monday March 17th, 1975!! 11 GREAT NIGHTS ON PUBLIC TV!!
very catchy jingle!
The Festival 75 promo found innl the snippet had the choir reach a crescendo and a drumroll at the end. If you can find that variant in full, that would be nice.
