I've never fished Stanford Way, but I'm in a two day festival there at the end of August 29th & 30th, I will be fishing it a few times before then to become familiar with the water.
i would off fished a bit closer out matty,and done two swims ,two with bait in and one without.
Was weird couldn’t catch shorter on the venue was the same in the matchs weekend there tho! Madness haha

This place needs to be a little more welcoming and relaxed. The owner is not a pleasant guy. Any time someone has an opinion he shoots them down, regardless of whether they are right or not. His prices are over the top, you have to be in the fishery when he tells you, no earlier, no later, so he can lock you in.
There are better and more welcoming fisheries in the area.
