National Apprenticeship Week! #NAW2023
This year's NAW theme is "Skills for Life, so we're taking this week as an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of our apprentices and highlight how apprenticeships can develop the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career.
Elliott Burch is currently studying an NVQ Level 3 in providing electronics for security and emergency systems at SERC in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. He will shortly be completing his apprenticeship as a Multi-discipline Fire & Security Engineer in our Facilities Management division.
In this video, Elliot shares what a typical day involves, how he has found his apprenticeship so far and his hopes for the future.
