Good luck with that. When I moved to Georgia 10 years ago, someone mentioned that our legislatures is owned by the home developers and realtors. I didn't know what was meant by that statement at the time, but I understand better after watching this news report, and seeing that the legislature is doing nothing.

This could easily be solved & prevented. Each seller & buyer must submit a photo of themselves which will be maintained at city hall. If or when someone claims they did not sell their home show photo of person who sold/signed paper work or deed.
