That's why I always stick to my playstyle and occasionally get aggressive if I put enough fear in my enemies (make them miss more dodging opportunities and make them impatient on what they are doing) Just a tip for everyone else that might see this comment, don't ever try to get aggressive if you don't know hold on your own with that, most of the time you will lose because of blind rage. (Also it's just a game guys like c'mon)
About the pd not working. So yeah the update did change that with the cooldown being separate for both fighters instead of sharing the pd cooldown. I hope this helps with the dodging.

I’ve fought the girl before in the past when I used to be a diamond player and had lesser knocks than I do now. I was using Iron Fist while she was Bullet and complained the same way she did to you, but to me using Iron Fist. I still don’t understand why she takes the game this seriously.

I fought this dude Woozy once, he wasn't even that good I lost 3-2, we had a mirror match using Counter (that was our mains) I said I wanted to try to fight someone that was better than me so I could get better at my main, but I feel like his ego stroke mid match and he started saying how bored he was from the match because ''He already knew how everyone played the game'' (He said that multiple times) I didn't took it at heart tho, just continued playing, I thanked him for the match and said to him that I was glad to fight him since I could see another playstyle that could add to mine, to which he responded "You're welcome'' and continued complaining about how ''people were to predictable''

Though I think I could beat them , but since I hate people who pfd fish , or that I get countered easily , and the new update doesnt help because, it sometimes makes me throw a second m1/m2 when I didnt clicked for it , eat my dashes , or hell , it even do not let me block for a little moment or make me go stam out without letting me land the punch (and lets not talk bout the ults that land and just remove the healable damages.)

Something that i figured out about pd awhile ago, it doesn’t trigger unless the dodge under the swing, so punch right, dodge right = pd but in hawks case this is different 🤷 unsure of the reason there
i like how she complains about hawks gimmic yet her fighting style inverts all controlls on her apponant can can be used to counter perfect dodges or counter guard break.
It happens with me too I just started using hawk and sometimes i SWEAR i did a perfect dodge but then i kinda freeze for half a sec and its not a perfect dodge. Also please make a hawk guide vid :) that would be so great thank you!! :)

i get more hawk meter from m1 chain/string also, i personally enjoy dealing pressure (lowering block/chipping away) over confirmed damage but it's all personal preference, and sometimes m2's are better
