I have this machine and my carpets dry in about 45 mins.obviously the more water you release onto the carpet the longer to dry ,especially if it is a wool carpet.I dont find it heavy to use but heavy to carry back across to my garage storage.I find it brill always does a great job.I use 1001 carpet cleaner just as good but only about £2 a bottle but make sure you buy the one that says,”for use with all carpet machines” if you get the wrong one it will cause to much foam and and affect the performance of the machine!!!They advise hoovering the carpet prior to shampooing.
Hi Mummy Wilson, thanks for a decent review! Am looking around for a new carpet cleaner and came across your video. So many questions, but my first comment would be that I really appreciated the no nonsense to-the-point commentary and real world testing, interspersed with the sped up fun music unboxing which did make smile :) Also if minimal dirty water appeared, I would be worried that the product wasn't working! Real life living comes with alot of unseen dirt, but we're all still alive 😺 On questions, 1) Did that make-up stain lift in the end? 2) How did you find cleaning the rollers? This seems to be the main gripe of some reviewers. 3) What made you decide on this model over e.g. a Bissell Heat 2x PetPro (another one I'm thinking of) as I feel like you'd done research before deciding on this model. Ps: And if you're open to suggestions, I could only view the video on 240 rather than 720 or 1080, so if it's possible to consider uploading future videos at a higher resolution, that would make a great video even better. However, as they say, content is king (or Queen in this world of gender equality) so will definitely be subscribing for more quality content. 👍
Hi Flickafy, thanks for the comment, sorry it took so long for me to reply!!! I try to keep my videos as real and to the point as possible and give me 100% honest opinion to all those watching so I'm really glad that you like this 😊 1) yes the makeup stain came out perfectly, sorry, I thought I had recorded that bit 🙈 2) I havent actually cleaned the rollers yet so will maybe have to do a "cleaning the vac" review haha. 3) I decided on this model as I had done lots of research and read loads of good reviews for this product. Plus lots of the cleaning inspired people I follow on Instagram had recommended it previously. Thankyou so much for the resolution suggestion, I had no idea this was an issue so thankyou for pointing it out. I was using video editing software on my phone so I will definitely look into getting better software for future videos! Thanks for watching & subscribing, more videos coming soon x
Hi can I ask have you cleaned the area left once the roller brushes have been removed so you can rinse the brushes, I’ve just used mine for the first time and everything is clean now but I can’t leave the area left after the roller brushes have been removed, also how do you get the solution area clean as you can’t get to it to clean it out just flushing it isn’t helping
Hiya, thanks for the comment. I havent cleaned the roller brushes as of yet so will have to get back to you on that one. I found just rinsing out the solution area worked for me however if you're struggling try some good old fashioned washing up liquid 👍 Hope this helps x
@@mummywilson6252 hi thanks for the super fast reply , unlike the rest of the parts you can remove and rinse this is what I’m finding out now as mine is in bits on the floor for the life of me I cannot remove the plastic area that’s left after the brushes have been removed. If you have better luck can you let me know please, now I’ve cleaned all my carpets I cannot put it away knowing there’s an area that’s still dirty lol .....
Buy something else, they work well but mine failed after very little use. Plus the extended warranty was void due to not being processed within 90 days of purchase. The delay was not with me.
Hiya, sorry to hear yours doesn't work. I dont work for the company, this was just my honest opinion on the machine a purchased. I suggest you register a formal complaint with the company of youre having issues, especially if it wasn't your fault, hope this helps x
I find this a good cleaner but very loud. Ear protection is required as it can give you tinnitus. Also, the packaging is eco friendly as cardboard is recycled but polystyrene is not and has to go into general waste.
@@mummywilson6252 Oh I’ve done all that....it’s under warranty but what’s the point as the part is likely to go again. There are lots of similar posts and video’s out there with similar problems with this machine. After my experience I wouldn’t want to be recommending this model to anyone.
I bought this last week, will be using it on soon, thanks for the video .

Hi, thanks for commenting 😊 no it doesn't vacuum aswell it is purely a carpet cleaner 👍
Well it looked like it worked really well 👍👍
Do you know how to dismantle the handle please."

Mine broke after using it 6 times. Not impressed.
Oh no!!! I'm really sorry to hear that! All I can suggest is you contact the manufacturer or the shop you purchased it from x
