Skills are becoming more and more important these days! I want to learn French and also learn how to make cut flower bouquets :)

I really enjoy this week between Christmas and New Years. I enjoy wrapping up the old year and preparing for the new year. I did my budget planning yesterday. This year I would like to learn to cook yummy plant-based gluten-free meals (one of our daughters has to be gluten-free right now for some health issues). I've been enjoying looking at the recipes on your website. Thank you!

I want to learn how to really play the piano. :) PS I have had both Roth and regular IRAs and definitely prefer regular personally. Try to put the maximum amount in every year and you will be so happy to see how much you have saved down the line!

Aimee, so many things in this video resonated with me. I purchased a pantry system last year and was able to organize it so I can actually see what I have, what I need, and what I can store for future use. It went into a room listed as a fourth bedroom closet not far from my kitchen (I use it as a garden room to raise houseplants and a relaxing room to read). "Intentional" is the key word whether it is for saving for a trip or eating so that there is no mindless snacking 🙂 It is my goal to learn something new every day. It doesn't have to be major, but just something I did not know yesterday. I find Master classes great for that. RUclips is also a good source.
My husband is a great finance guy so he has always kept us on a budget and it has been a major reason we have money to invest, retire, travel, purchase...Sometimes we will borrow from ourselves when one account might be a little flush but another needing a little boost. Life must be flexible.
You will do great with your investment venture and you will enjoy the process. Thanks for all your videos. Don't forget to show us the remodeled bathroom 🙂

Always love your videos Aimee. You speak on-a level this girl understands lol. Aside from this I was wondering if you do instapot recipes. We have very limited space and instapot is saving my life but I am clueless about recipes/ food.

I started investing some years ago. I use Fidelity for my Roth IRA and they have a credit card that give 2% money back that are re-invested into my retirement portfolio. That is an idea for you.

A junk drawer isn’t a weight on my shoulders at all, completely irrelevant to the rest of my life lol but I like the other tips. Keep up the great work! Do you spend $600 for two people a month on just groceries? 😮
