Yeah I can’t imagine anywhere is the United States would do that. They have to have wipes. Like, it is a hospital and they have to have something to wipe the baby with. If that is in the states, that’s ATROCIOUS.
I'm in new Zealand. Our hospital stays are free and they province blankets, nappies, wipes and breast pumps. They also provide pads for your stay, bottles for baby if needed and hats

They get cleaned a lot, but from someone who has worked in a hospital for 32 years, they are dirty! Nurses can have blood on shoes, etc…
