Recipe:
Garlic Chicken:
Chicken 250gms cubes
Salt 1/2tsp
Black Pepper 1/2tsp
Flour 1tbs
Butter 2tbs
Garlic chopped 3cloves
Coriander chopped 2tbs
Mamasitas oyster sauce 1tbs or 14gms
Fried Rice:
Rice 1cup boil in water with 2 tsp salt
Oil 3tbs
Egg 1
Capsicum 1handful
Carrot 1handful
Rice boiled
Salt 3/4tsp
White Pepper 3/4tsp
Black Pepper 1/4tsp
Chicken Powder 1/4tsp
Green Onions handful
AOA I made both of these recipe they were really yummy everyone in the family liked it. The good thing is the recipe and way of cooking are very simple and easy.JazaakAllah keep it up!

To make proper fried rice you need to make the rice a day before and stick em in the fridge or outside overnight at least to dry...and then you fry to get actual proper crispy fried rice. You are also missing a dash or two of light soya sauce :)

I WOULD LIKE TO ONE STEP WHICH CHINESE DO. AFTER BOILING THE RICE LET THEM GET COOL AND DRY AND PUT THEM IN FRIDGE FOR FEW HOURS SO THAT THEY GET HARDENED AND MORE DRY. BEFORE COOKING PUT THEM OUT SIDE FOR 30 MINUTES AND USE THEM IN COOKING. THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL TIP FROM HONG KONG.
