@@AndyElliottrealtor we are looking in the 300-500k price range. We will be looking in the area of Franklin, Spring Hill, and Thompson station. There’s such a huge price gap because we will be paying cash, but for the ‘right’ home we would pull out a small mortgage. We will be looking for single family homes, preferably with some space between neighbors. Thanks!
What I feel set you apart from other realtors I’ve watch on here is you give some opinion and details on the area. Coming from out of town we really appreciate the 411 on good schools and neighborhoods. Oh and we would like to stay in Williamson County if possible. 🙂

I have an idea for a video for you and your family and hopefully people just like you looking for answers. Let me work on this for you. IMO Williamson county can't be beat for quality of life and definitely the school system. Very good choice.
