That is not enough sunscreen to fully protect yourself. You need at least two fingers worth to get the adequate sun protection. Make sure to go down to your neck and chest ( if exposed while outside) and don’t forget the ears and hands.
She used over 1 fingers worth on her face but she didn’t show putting another fingers worth on her neck. My understanding is that the two fingers worth is between both the face and neck/chest.

Natural rose water, aloe vera, sandalwood powder (won’t recommend for dry skin), raw milk, gram flour (for pigmentation too) are mainly used for clear skin. You can find alot of videos about it on RUclips. Just make sure to use in small part of your skin just to make sure you’re not allergic to anything

I agree dermatologist will definitely be not in favour of using homemade recipes on skin because there are some real skin inflammation like perioral dermatitis rosacea which only happens after using skincares

Using exfoliation products on scars? That's the dumbest thing to do! Scarves are for sure! And I'm sure it's written on every package to not do that! I hate these people telling bullshit because they get payed to advertise products and then telling people, children, things how to destroy their skin.
Exfoliating SCARS is actually good to do. It helps fade the scar so it's less noticeable. However, what she has on her nose looks more like a healing WOUND. Which, you definitely should NEVER exfoliate a wound or open skin. That is a terrible idea, it will hinder healing and lead to scarring.
