Fairly new to FS. Can anyone explain why the third step is required. If you decelerate from 80 to 70 kts, why do you need to add back power after you pitch? Also can you learn the correct power setting for a desired airspeed with experience? Thanks. Great channel

When reducing the airspeed, do I maintain the pulling yoke? After I trim up (nose down), I'm still pulling the yoke?

You trim so that you don't have to keep pushing/pulling the yoke
