52" mowers are the way to go! They work great for the size you are cutting today! Every week, I cut 4 and a 1/2 acres. We live on the west end of Tennessee, and it gets long every week!
It's growing season for sure! I'd want something a little bigger for 4.5 acres. I love my 52 but the 61 cuts big properties faster. If only Scag made a 72" stand on.
@That's Right Lawn Care true, a 61 would be great and all I agree, but there are three dwellings on said property, and since I started cutting it about 6 years ago, there is a lot of implements in various spots that hinder a lot of movement for a 61. But man oh man, I am lucky to have that 52"! Love your content and presentation!
Heeeeeeyyyy your back I see. Hopefully some more videos to come in the near future. I enjoy watching your stuff. Guessing this was an abandoned property? Place looked a big mess for sure. Neighbours must definitely be happy that it’s all cut down and cleaned up. Awesome job on this one
Thank you Craig! Yes, the property was vacant for sure. Not sure when the last time it was lived in by a human but im sure something is living in there. Haha. 😬
Sorry to hear that. We basically were called by a property management company to come in and mow the yard and cut the trees back. We took it another notch by removing the ivy and doing the best to our ability to get it back in shape. My helpers were Chris and Timmy. Chris is a good friend and been in several videos. Timmy used to detail cars and trucks and actually detailed my truck one time. He works for me now.
First time, liked, subbed. 😊 Think I'll hang around for a while. Like your enthusiasm. If I may make one suggestion, when cutting a large tall area, set the camera where you start. Impossible to see the progress/results when it has to look thru the tall stuff from across the field.
The grass clippings were mulched up into the yard. Sorry, batteries were not charging fast enough to get all of the footage. I was unprepared for this job. It did however turn out very nice. Thanks for the feedback. 😀
If you charge thirty cents, that is ten cents a piece, overhead plus tax five cents your each in the hole. Keep digging :) Ha Ha. Repair and gas and string and blades and wear and ware. Yep you did it for nothing. Oh well looks great anyway :) Your smiles made it better.
Thank you. Other than the music was it enjoyable? Always great to hear feedback. I try to offer a little bit of everything to satisfy everyone. Thanks again!
Fantastic job guys, the striping looks great and the transformation was satisfying to watch!
Thank you! It was a fun job.
Glad to see you back at it! The stihl chain saw made light of that work ha ha. Yard looks great! Looking forward to more videos!
Thank you buddy! You didn't see the Stihl saw tho...
that is a nice house it is a pity that no one lives there. thank you guys for the great clean up.
Thank you!
That was a big job. Y’all did great. 😊❤
Thank you! It turned out great!
Happy to see you take the time to get the trees around the house gone. Does look a whole lot better! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Welcome to the club! Your equipment is aces! That was a beast of an assignment. Txs for sharing.
Thank you! Took some time off last year to build my business. Having the best tools makes easy work of those tough jobs.
Bet the neighbor really appreciated the cleanup and your hard work!
I actually chatted with the neighbors on both sides. Said they were happy to see someone over there working.
Good work guys! Looks so much better!
Thank you! We think so too.
Fantastic job guys. What a difference! Well done to you all 😊
Thank you!

Use the weedeater to get the vines off the eaves . 😊
They used extended hedge trimmers to reach the eaves and gutters. Unfortunately the battery's couldn't keep up for me to capture that part.
Heeeeeeyyyy your back I see. Hopefully some more videos to come in the near future. I enjoy watching your stuff.

@@ThatsRightLawnCare judging by the hole you found out in the front yard I’m sure there’s a few “somethings” living in/on that property 😆
🤣😂 I did see a few field mice scatter.
That looks awesome ! One of my favs. 🎉
Thank you!
Amazing job. Looks totally different.
It sure does. Thank you!
If you could write a paragraph about the job you are doing that would be great for those of us without sound. Thank you for creating a beautiful view.
Thank you! Do you not have sound?
@@ThatsRightLawnCare can't use it where i am.

Good to see you back! Good video. Looked real good
Thank you Jeff! Glad I was able to share it.
Bush hog and a hay baler. Cut it, bind it, get it moved. There is nothing "lawn" about this property.
That's the truth. Turned a hay field into a lawn. Thanks Wendy!
I'd hate to see the inside!!!!It's cute on the outside.
Wow what a difference looks fantastic 😊
Thank you! It was a fun one.
Very nice guys. What a difference!!! Looks great. Could have edged the driveway.

Thank you! I had to put my camera on trees and roofs to get a higher angle. I totally agree with your suggestion.
Great job guys. God bless
Thank you!
Brilliant job.

Dude was pulling that poison ivy off the house with his bare hands!? 😳
It doesn't bother him. I've got it tho. Haha.
@@ThatsRightLawnCare Oof! I see leaves of 3 and I let it be! Run away! 🤣
I should probably do that next time. I try to get it at least once a year but I always regret it.
Great Job Guys!
Thank you!
Awesome job boys...is this property abandoned?
Thank you. It was a job for a property management company. Don't really know much on the details.
Awesome job ❤

Hahaha!!! You know what I mean then.
Great job guys😊
Thank you!
You did not show how you collect the cutting. You fast forward the most exciting part on how you completely clean that house. 😮😮
Nice job ❤❤

I graduated from Tennessee Temple University on May 1992. it is at Chattanooga Tn.
Nice!
You could probably cut that for hay and bail it and sell it lol
Possibly. I'm surprised no one did it.

Who knew that there was a real cute house underneath that jungle. Never judge a house by it's cover. 😁
I didnt realize it til the front tree was getting cut. Definitely a good little fixer upper.
Big job good job
Thank you!
Congratulations for the video, I also have some garden cuts in my channel!
Thank you! I'll check out your channel!

Yes it was.
U should have had something down by the road so people would known were working . Those vechiles where going really fast.
I would like to know where I could get some of those "mowing" signs made.
Perfect 👊🏻👊🏻💯
Float Dizzle!
Not hay grass, that's call broom straw. Abandon home. Sad to see that. Lovely large lot. Could be a magnificent family home
Thank you! That makes sense cause it looks like a broom.
Where’d ya go Just Right? It’s Just Wrong that you quit making videos!!!! 😂
I may start back. I just wanted to focus on my business a little more and give myself more time with the family. Kids grow up fast. That's Right!
Every time I lived in a house flat on the ground like that, it had mice. No matter what I did.
I definitely scared a few away. They were little field mice.

Yaw need to wear gloves nd mask to protect ones self from all things hiding in the trees growing on the house. Just saying.😂😂
Ain't that the truth
Camera too far away but result in the end I've su scribed but I hope camera work gets better😮😊
Thank you! It was a big yard.
Much nicer.
Kind words from a bitter old man. Haha. Thank you!
Job for a bush hog!!!!!
Almost! These commercial mowers have come a long way. Tons of power and great cut quality.
What is the purpose of the loud music? I watch this for the transformation of the lawns. NOT FOR YOU TO WAKE UP MY NEIGHBORS WITH THE THUMP.
Thank you. Other than the music was it enjoyable? Always great to hear feedback. I try to offer a little bit of everything to satisfy everyone. Thanks again!
