just looking at her expression, you can tell that Christina is heartbroken. She seems like such a sweet genuine person, what a shame.
It's a pretty awful feeling when you realize your clients are being taken, especially by a friend. It's a big issue with salons/schools, I've had almost all of my clients taken. People will walk up to them while I'm away and slip them a card, or tell them to rebook with them and not me. It just so discouraging because all of your hard work goes to absolutely nothing, and clients almost never defend their stylists, they'll just take the cheaper and faster option. It's humiliating to say the least.

Boujee AF 2 reasons ; 1. Because they are your coworkers clients, not yours. 2. If you do the clients hair at home, that means you are stealing money from the business. You are basically stealing clients from the salon so you can make 100% of the income. The salon is then at loss.
So many bosses would just yell or fire the employee, but Christina was so nice and kind to her employees. I really wish that all people were like this
My hairstylist that’s cut my hair since I was a baby recently gave me one of her friend’s info so I could get a good perm, just because her friend is really talented, and she’s been in the industry for a LONG time (I’m 20 LOL). The salon didn’t care, one of the workers questioned it and my hairstylist said “This is between me and the client!”, she wasn’t trying to make side money, she just wanted me to get a nice perm (and god if that happens, it’s like finding gold) LMAO 😂

Imagine this: A student steals money from a teachers' stashed drawers, this student is humiliated in class for stealing, his teacher asks him to apologise or this student will be expelled/suspended. The student does not apologise, and in the end, we have no actual proof that there was any 'good' or 'bad' reason for him stealing or her stealing.
Same scenario, this girl might have been too embarrassed to ask for more money, and thus 'stole' clients to solve an issue that needed more money. No one has the courage to say sorry after being humiliated like that, we are actually much more aggressive and would snarl and bark. She's lucky this employee was holding herself back in shame, any other person would have attacked.
An actual boss would talk 1on1 and not bring the whole crew to the salon to watch, IT IS SO CRINGE AND SECONDHAND EMBARRASSMENT, and also it enrages me to know people like this still exist.
