अगर कोई 10 साल या उससे ज़्यादा से rent पर हो तो निकालना मुश्किल होता है इस लिए registered agreement bnayen for 1 year. और maximum 3 साल तक ही रखें और हर साल रेंट भी बढ़ायेंगे
