I want to print only back and white for coupons. Is there a way to replace just the black cartridge and print black and white or do I have to replace all the cartridges? (All colors are low as of right now.)
+Marsha Welch There is a document titled "HP Printers - Printing and Changing Print Settings (Windows)". This document will explain the various print settings available. One of the sections is titled "How to print in color, black ink only, or grayscale". To find the document please search for C04673480 on HP's home page or using Google search. Please note that the document states that the print settings vary by printer.
Jamie Holbert No that cartridge would not work on the HP Officejet 4620. If you want to know which cartridge goes to what printer you can do a Google search for "c01766411 which will bring you to an HP Support document: Which Cartridges Work with My HP Printer?
+ImMikki_DUUHH Please search for C01766411 on HP's home page or using Google search. The title of the document is "HP Printers - Which Cartridges Work with My HP Printer?". It will let you know which cartridges your printer requires based on the country/region where you purchased the printer.
I got these third party ink cartridges and the blue one got all over my hand. Pretty sure my hand will be blue for the rest of my life. But hey at least I can print stuff and saved like $15
I just replaced my 4 cartridges on my printer , but somehow the cartridges got jammed when the printer brought them over to the end. How do I take care of this issue. None of the commands are working on the printer.. I unplugged it from the wall and as soon as it reset itself, it went right back to the same issue. HELP Please!! Thank you

After I open the cartridge access door, the cartridge carriage does not move to the access area and stays on the right of the printer under the panel. I have tried to move it manually (not forcefully) with the printer on and off. The printer does not have a problem printing any document. How do I change my cartridge / move the carriage?
I have followed these instructions to the letter. I have an HP 4620 printer. The test print page works perfectly. But the printer will not copy anything at all. Maybe there is something in setting? I have tried everything I know. Could someone please help? Do I need a new printer???
LC HOUK Are you trying to print from a PC or Macintosh computer? What version of operating system do you have installed on your computer? Is your printer connected to the computer using a USB cable or is it connected to a wireless network?
Great. Whenever I turn the printer on, it fights me when I try to open it. There is an error message on the front panel saying "X The cover door must be closed to print..." and the bay refuses to open.
