Do not use this airline, I was denied boarding because my last name was mispelled on the flight ticket, despite being on time to check in and the passport number being on the reference booking. No compensation no alternative flight, messed up my whole holiday. Disgusting service. When I asked Swiss air reps at the airport for help I was instructed to "simply purchase new tickets"
