@22:47 A dedicated copy and paste button next to the two folder icons (in the upper right corner of the engrave window) would be handy. That way you can copy setups between similar engrave processes. Meaning you don't have to move the sliders to set power, speed, ect for like items. You would just copy and paste the setups via a button click.
2:28 Will a slate table be supplied with the purchase of the machine? At the time I purchased the machine, I was supplied with two tables on the left. I wonder if the original table shape should have been supplied differently.
With your air compressor - will the machine turn the compressor on/off as needed based on the project? or will the compressor be running non-stop? Thanx in advance. (Looking at Pro 36 - 80w)
Will the 120W tube allow for fine engraving? We often engrave small text in wood or lightly score paper masking for painting. I ask because we’d also love to cut 1/2” acrylic and take advantage of the closed system vs. our current open air laser.
Does Epilog plans to support the Apple platform? How such a great tools for designers and creative is not supporting natively across its laser model? Thanks.
Hi RIKEO - Thanks for your feedback, at this time we don't have immediate plans for a Apple/Mac driver support; however, many of our Mac users find Bootcamp and/or Parallels to be a great work around. We'll certainly pass along the feedback to our software developers.
if I wanted the duo CO2 and Fiber tubes what size can I get ... was wanting 100 or 120 watt CO2 with fiber 30 watt... is this possible or is the limit 80 on the CO2
Does Epilog do tradeshows or conventions? I looked at the us-distributors according to your site and the closest is several hours drive one way, I think 3-hours was the best I could find looking at the surrounding states. Good website by the way, several others I have been on for lasers are not as well done. I just wish there was a public forum for Epilog users/potential buyers.
Hi Rose - if you're interested in joining an Epilog user/potential buyer related forum, our ELF (Epilog Laser Fan) page on Facebook is a great place to go. facebook.com/groups/75753849193/
Is anyone else having major problems with this machine and lack of support? I purchased mine in 2020 during the pandemic and feel like they may have been having some manufacturing issues during that time. I’ve been getting the runaround for years from epilogs technicians. Spent $50,000 and cannot cut anything. I own a fusion edge, small machine and have to cut everything on that machine.
We have over 10 of their lasers, our two pros are by far the most problematic. The dual worm gear y axis rails have been the cause of most of our issues. That as well as random boards going bad. Though their support has been alright.
@@benjaminsieber1589 yes absolutely, I do have a question you may have an answer to. Do they offer tours of Epilog, I'm just up north by Fort Collins and would love to see how they are made. As an adult student I have almost finished all the stuff for CAD & 3D printing and prototyping certificates at Front Range Community College for and using the laser printer was one of my Fortes. Well I can actually afford it I actually want to get a laser and start a side business doing engravings and other little things
@@justintime9133 - Hi Justin, yes we do provide tours and demonstrations here in Golden, with a scheduled appointment. If you're interested in scheduling a time to come by for a demo and tour use this form on our website - www.epiloglaser.com/contact/request-demo.htm
OMG the addition of the cameras fixes literally every problem I've had in the past with older units

Hi Grant - good idea. I'll pass along the feedback to our engineers.
Great demonstration of a fantastic machine and software suite. Keep up the good work, guys! More videos like this, please. :-)
Does the top and side ruler lift up and down to help secure materials?

Oh My GAWD... I NEED THIS In My Life!
3:58 If you open the cone [lever] to the left, does air come out? Do I have to open all the way to the left and work?? I use google translator.
Where could I purchase some of the suede leather boards like the one shown at 24:50?
really amazing, but I cannot afford your lasers.. I'm just starting with my K40.. :)
Any data regarding the highest resolution or scribed line widths? 1200dpi should be able to ablate 21 micron wide lines. Anyone know?
How can I get an updated software suite that you referred to in this video. I own a Fusion Pro from Epilog.
