What about Sonic 3D Flickies' Island and its Diamond Dust Zone? Ice, snow, and even scenes where you are fully frozen.
Also Robotnik Winter from Sonic Triple Trouble, Press Garden from Sonic Mania, and the tracks in Sonic R can have snow and frost on the track.
You actually forgot a few games: Sonic Triple Trouble (Robotnik Winter Zone exists), Sonic 3D Blast (Diamond Dust Zone), and Sonic Mania (Press Garden Zone)

I was thinking one thing about Sonic Adventure that it would probably be faster to switch to Tails after being unlocked since until Ice Cap he has the same boss and action stages as Sonic except they're just a smaller segment so this way you would probably reach ice faster :)

There's so many casinos and gambling cuz SEGA was/still is a producer of slot machines and the like! It's what they did first. Heard that's actually where most of their money comes from, Sonic being secondary, hence why they don't care that much about game quality.
