Just planted an Allium cernuum and find that I like the nodding form better than the puffball. The foliage leaves a bit to be desired, but I like that it's a native onion and has that very attractive nodding bloom to it. That's just something you don't see in any garden designs because everyone's fixated on these few puffball varities.
It is the comparison of the 2 Proven Winners Allium that we offer! If you want to see a full Allium comparison video, you can go here: www.tiktok.com/@waltersgardens/video/7263165406913842475?lang=en.
Thanks, can't wait to add them to my garden!
Love my Serendipty and Globemaster alliums
Thank you!! This is helpful
Thank you for watching!

I have three serendipity.
I’ve had Serendipity in the ground - full sun, zone 8 eastern NC, but no blooms. Should I fertilize them?
We always recommend applying compost in the spring vs. fertilizing. This might help!
I asked before and Walters’ didn’t answer. Does Big Sky Salvia rebloom through summer, or one or two flushes after deadhead? Thanks
I am sorry we missed your question. If cut back, plants may rebloom in fall but often the flowers are fewer and smaller!
@@WaltersGardens ok thank you, so not similar bloom time as Rockin’ Playing the Blues? Just making sure.
Misleading title. This is not a comparison of Alliums.
