Ooh! Ooh! I have the perfect idea for another collab with Jessica Braun! You both purchase three sets of plain, small containers, label them set A, B, C or whatever, and put cheap, midrange, and high-end products in them. Just enough for a full face. Maybe use duct tape on pencil products? Then send the sets to the other person and they have to decide which set is what price range!
I’ve always felt like Glossier was a “your skin is bomb so I only need a little bit of this and that.” I have a weird thing where I’m either wearing a full face of makeup or none at all, so I’m probably not going to purchase any of their products., but I always like seeing people try Glossier.
Same same. I have other, cheaper products I use for "no makeup" makeup days. Brands like nyx and some other cheaper products. I'm not spending this much on products that barely show up anyway lol
I just wonder....its so sheer so what the point? If your skin is flawless there a ton of products out there with spf benefits that could give you a healthy glow. Still, that said, enjoyed the video cause...well, cause Taylor. #baerittofam
I hate the narrative that people with “bad” skin *have* to cover it up. no matter your flaws you should be able to be confident in yourself, with and without makeup. I really love that Glossier focuses on enhancing your natural beauty instead of hiding it.
Lisa Helling French inspired makeup carries the idea that less is more. I’ve seen a lot of French women avoid foundation and just spot conceal, brow gel instead of penciling in your brows, liquid products instead of powder. It’s about not covering your “flaws”, but embracing them and enhancing what you love about your face. Red lips are also typically a staple.

@@jessicapace9158 I switched over to glossier about a year ago because I was tired of feeling like I needed a full face of intense products to be pretty. Its really helped me accept my natural beauty and be confident in my own skin. To those with acne considering the stretch concealer: go for it! Spot treatment makes my acne dry, but the creaminess of the concealer hides it. It made the redness less noticeable, which helped me embrace my skin. You can still see acne bumps under a full coverage foundation which can look unnatural, so I prefer the stretch concealer. I also have the dusk cloud paint which I love, and I wear g12 stretch concealer. Both wear great with my oily skin.

It is!! I finally tried it and love it. It's definitely emollient and needs to be set but it looks beautiful (on my skin at least) and I can buff it all over as a light foundation, too
Never tried glossier so I can't speak for their products, but I feel like whenever I have something that is sheer coverage I just notice my blemishes or redness more because it will still come through. I do enjoy more natural coverage and looks along with the full glam, I think it's just how you wear your makeup, and what kind of finish/product you like to work with. Personally, I'm happy with my drugstore/Asian beauty products because they are affordable and can go either glam or natural and I have products that I really like. You do you, just don't believe that you have to follow hype to be beautiful or happy; you are most beautiful when you believe you are ❤❤❤
Nothing like unwinding from a day from hell with a drink and Taylor...this is very much needed. Hope all of you are doing well! *edit... I have never tried Glossier...

Highly recommend using the stretch concealer as foundation. It blends out super well with blender and duo fibre stipple brushes. It gives the most radiant face glow and builds the blushes beautifully ontop!
I love it ! Natural ginger here and the lightest shade is really light. I'm also very acne prone and it does not breakout me out at all, looks really natural.
No kidding their spf specifically the unseen one is the only one that hasn’t broken my skin out. Ive tried so many sunscreens even the popular asian sunscreens and even unheard of brands of sunscreens but its the only one that works
I just recently started using glossier and I love it soo much! It’s been my go to and my skin looks and feels amazing! If you’re thinking about trying the brand out, do it! You won’t regret it
be careful with the stretch concealer!! It actually has a significant amount of cocoa butter in it, which is super comedogenic!! its fine under the eyes, but anywhere else on the face will probably cause breakouts and clogged pores
Glossier is pretty much all I wear!! I work in an office in a predominantly male environment, so the “‘no-makeup makeup” look is perfect for my everyday wear! Love your videos Taylor 💜
I have almost every Cloud Paint shade- I would definitely suggest getting Beam along with Puff, and try mixing them when you have them! The blushes mix so well, it’s wonderful. I’d also suggest Boy Brow, it’s a classic for a reason! The lipgloss is also pretty much the best formula I’ve used.
I just started watching the video and cannot get over how beautiful your skin is! I remember when you were struggling with the cystic acne and the fact that your bare face looks so healthy is amazing!
Love Glossier especially the stretch concealer. It’s great to use as a foundation on top of the skin tint if you want more coverage. My favorite light coverage is Mac face and body. I cannot be without it. It’s just so dewy and light.
When I discovered the RUclips beauty community (your channel was the first one), I seriously got into skincare. I went from wearing full coverage products to now, enjoying seeing skin. Thanks for trying this brand because I’ve been curious about it and yours are the only reviews I trust.😊❤️
I feel like I get a bit more coverage than you did when I use skin tint, it's one of my favorites because it works really well for my skin and does exactly what I need it to but it clearly isn't for anyone. My must haves from glossier are actually the boy brow and the mascara! The mascara is one of my all time favorite mascaras and if I could only buy one thing from them it would be boy brow. My other faves are the cloud paint and highlighter. Oh and their lipstick! "Like" is my perfect lipstick shade, I haven't found anything that suits me better.
Pro tip!! Glossier's makeup is some of my fave but I think it's all about application method. I use a dense foundation brush to get the most coverage out of the skin tint and it looks amazing!! And I think stretch concealer works best for blemishes instead of under the eye, since it is emollient it creases a lot but doesn't make blemishes look dry or cakey
I have acne proned skin but since a few months, my skin is doing really great and I fell in love with glossier. I really like the complexion products, and I never ever thought that I would be into these products with my problematic skin! With the quarantine, I like that you can use everything with your fingers and it is super quick❤️🥰
I’m in my 40s, and I love Glossier... even though I am not their demographic. I love their cloud paints ( use them on lips and eyes for a monochromatic look ), their eyeliners are great and come in unique shades, love their brow items too.
A stand out product from Glossier is definitely their Future Dew! I love using it under makeup or sometimes mixed in with my foundation! I think you’d love it Taylor! ❤️
Interesting concept on the packaging... would you consider a “blind” study for one of your 21 days of foundation series? Maybe get 21 samples from Ulta and/or Sephora?? 😁
I tried glossier for the first time yesterday. My skin is not perfect, but I like a minimal look because I feel most like myself that way. I was amazed at the skin tint because it is undetectable, but also blurring. Most other products I’ve used settle into fine lines and have a powdery finish. I’m only 27, but I do have some small lines that usually get accentuated with most “no makeup” foundations. I am excited to try it again
I’ve got extremely oily skin and their Cloud paint blushes last longer than any other blush on me! I also love their skin tint for dewy no makeup makeup during the summer, but definitely skip the concealer. It migrates on me within 15 min lol.
I’ve got oily skin too! Cloud paint looks so good on me ! I put on a little concealer under the eyes, some mascara, and dab on some of the cloud paint !
On camera, I saw that the products made a subtle yet significant difference. For those going for that kind of look, this is a great demonstration. I’ve read/seen a few others who used a beauty sponge to apply stretch concealer, and for them, received better coverage.
Side comment: You look SO pretty in that light pink color and the natural/ curly black hair. Like at the beginning of the video I can’t stop thinking how gorgeous and pretty you look while you’re just talking to the camera!
I actually love how all of this looks on you, Taylor! It's like a very natural, beautiful look. It's making me want to try these products! How do you think this would look on more mature skin? I'm getting to the point where the lighter weight the makeup, the better it looks.
Hi! I’m not Taylor but I think all of these products would be great on more mature skin! They are so creamy and don’t cling to dry spots or wrinkles. The products are just so easy and quick to work with. :)
Definitely doesn’t settle into my fine lines like so many other light tinted moisturizers and light foundations. I like that. Gives you a more pulled together look.
I’m SO glad you tried so many of their products! I recently got 2 cloud paints and boy brow, and I’m a fan. I wanted to order that highlight, too, but I hadn’t seen almost anyone review it! I’m stoked that it turned out so beautifully on you! I LOVE that wet look. And I relate to what you were saying in the beginning. I still have acne and tend to wear more full coverage, but ever since I saw Cate the Great (another amazing RUclipsr) use the cloud paints and really glam it up with Glossier products, I had to jump on board. I can’t wait to get more colors and products! If anyone is considering trying the cloud paints, give them a try!!! They’re gorge!
I love glossier skin tint! After years of hating my skin, I’ve finally embraced it and I really enjoy the “your skin but better,” look. Also their mascara is my holy grail 👁
I really like the skin tint and stretch concealer combination on me, however I do normally set it with a bit of powder to prevent creasing and so it doesn’t slide around. I have cool/blue undertones so I’m a bit more fair than you so glossier has the only skin tint that is actually light enough for me to wear 😂 I’m also a huge fan of the generation g matte lipstick that I was surprised you didn’t try! I highly recommend it 😊
I think this is my favorite look on you. It’s great that it’s a lighter coverage look instead of the full coverage. I like those type of looks these days.
I REALLY LOVED THIS VIDEO! I HAVEN'T TRIED GLOSSIER YET BECAUSE THE SAME REASON OF YOU! AFRAID OF THE LACK OF COVERAGE! I DIDN'T LIKE THE SKIN TINT. NOT MY TYPE. THE REST LOOKED PRETTY FINE! GREAT TO LEARN YOUR HONEST OPINION! SENDING LOVE!💕💕💕
I am so grateful for all of ur recommended face products. I have dry skin and I use so many of ur recommendations and they work and have changed my makeup routine. Thank you for that, so grateful. ❤
I've seen several people say how much they enjoy using Cloud Paints on their eyes, but it was always a sheer, bit of color in the crease situation. I've never seen anyone apply it in a concentrated way on the eyes...
I always use the cloud paints if I want a light wash of colour and so easy to apply with just fingers but if you are looking for something very vibrant I wouldn't use the cloud paints since they are more on the sheer side.
I haven’t tried Glossier makeup. I feel like it’s way over priced. I did however find a similar product from what some people say and it’s the brand called Undone Makeup and they sell it on Target website. It works well on my skin plus is half the price of glossier
I’ve felt the same way about Glossier and I also think it’s kind of cult-like. My favorite thing about watching Glossier videos is reading the comments; inevitably whoever made the video didn’t like the liquid shadow things or the skin tint (seriously... so common) and seeing how upset people get cracks me up 😂
I'm very glad to ear your thoughts on Glossier :) Your intro is so relevant. The branding of Glossier is their major achievement. The products are not bad at all (I love Futur Dew, but it is a skincare hybride ) but when you buy Glossier, you buy a dream, an image. It is real for every brand but here, it's particularly powerful, I feel. We want the effortless look, the perfect natural skin, the freshness. We want to be that very cool Glossier girl ! And the pricing is not so bad. Each time they are launching something new I think: Damn ! Once again, they did it: I want to buy everything !
I used to share your sentiment about Glossier being a brand for those with model skin but they ended up being the products that helped me embrace my imperfect skin. They help me feel beautiful without fully covering up my real face. I only use a few products from the brand but I use them every day and I've come to be a huge fan of the staples.
Hard pass on this whole brand. Thanks so much for trying this for us. Glad u had a life changing highlight discovery! Scallops are my absolute fave. 😋😋😋😋
My favorite everyday foundation is the Nyx tinted skin veil. It cancels out my redness, while still showing my natural skin (including some pigmentation). I just think it gives me that perfect subtle makeup look, but covered enough to give me that boost of confidence.
I love minimal make-up so Glossier is totally my jam, only it's expensive and they don't sell it here so it's not to be. I'd LOVE to see a dramatic Glossier look, though. For real.
I love glossier!! They were the brand that introduced me to less is more and the idea of letting your own skin show through. I was so used to the heavy ig makeup trend and found that it never really worked good on me. I used to struggle with oily skin and my makeup not lasting and through finding glossier I stopped setting my face and letting my skin breath and my skin as a whole has really improved. Not directly from glossier but it was a result of falling in love with the brand and their philosophy if you will.
You've looked very glowy and radiant to me recently and I dont know if you have some bomb skincare or you're just doing good in life and are happy (I hope both) but I'm living for it. 💞
I love how the cloud paint and the highlighter look, but the rest of it looks like a hot mess to be honest 😜 Kinda like what makeup looks like after sweating in it for hours. I don’t even want to imagine how it would look on an oily girl like myself after a few hours of wear.
I literally was just on the glossier website today. I wanna try the brow products and the cloud paints. I just don’t know if it’s worth it because I have some of the flower beauty blush bombs.
The cloud paint is super worth it. I take the tiniest amount and the coverage is outstanding. I literally can cover my entire cheek if I wanted to. It's very natural looking too. Honestly the boy brow is very similar to the Elf tinted brow gel so I would save the money and go with that.
cloud paint has become my go to every since i got it. my every day look is brows done, mascara, a bit of cloud paint, glossier lip balm, and sometimes their highlighter. love their products. don't necessarily like the price but a little goes a long way :)
Well I just ordered a couple cloud paints, the highlighter (after watching this video) and the brow flick. I really like the benefit gimmie brow or the colourpop tinted brow gel so I decided not to get the boy brow. I don’t need ANY of it. But I’m sure all us beauty lovers knows how that goes lol
I have been addicted to the Glossier Generation G lipsticks! During this quarantine they provide a great pick me up since I have not worn as much foundation as usual. A bright and pretty lipstick is an instant mood changer for me and I miss that the most about not wearing makeup. These Generation G's add a blotted, matte, sheer (but buildable) color that doesn't look crazy when you are literally walking around the house all day lol. Loved the cloud paints on you! Can't wait to try those as well. Thank you! ❤
I don't recommend the SPF (the one with the yellow lid). Even though it's cool that it's clear, it has a horrible citrus scent. Feels like putting emergen-c on your face lol
The glossier mascara is the best!!! I feel like everyone would like it, even if you like a more intense mascara it's a great one to use in combination with another one because it separates the lashes so beautifully. You can also really build it up in my opinion and somehow never get clumps or flaking with it!
I actually just started getting interested in Glossier products this year. So far the priming moisturizer is the only lotion that has never made my face burn! I like using the skin tint with a brush because I feel like I get more coverage that way, but I always put the concealer (which is so under-rated) underneath, this gives me enough coverage but I only struggle with redness & minimal break outs. This makeup has actually helped me have more of a love for my natural skin. (:
I have that same cream shadow, it does dry down, but since it’s shimmery, it doesn’t look great in the crease, so I’m glad they came out with the matte version, “Skywash.” Shimmery lids with matte crease always looks great in my opinion.😁
I love glossier, they are actually the makeup brand I own the most products from. I feel like their products have a learning curve. For the brow flick I actually put it on before I do my skincare (even before I wash my face). I also store it upside down with my makeup brushes. Future dew is also stunning!
"I've actually tried better dollar tree makeup" Dangggg that's rough. Cringed a bit when you blended that eye shadow cream out. I almost thought the color disappeared at first.
I love what you said about how makeup isn’t there to put you in a box. I had always been a light coverage makeup person until I discovered makeup youtubers and my whole world shifted....now I’m a full coverage girl. I have never tried Glossier. Not sure if I will. Love your videos Taylor!
My thing with glossier is if I don’t want a more dramatic makeup look I’ll just apply less makeup. Their makeup isn’t cheap I don’t wanna pay that much for sheer makeup.
Glossier is definitely a particular aesthetic. I love so many products from them but I rarely wear everything together. I love love love the Stretch concealer. It's my HG and I'll never go without it. I have dry AF undereyes and it is perfect for that. Priming Moisturizer Rich is amazing; maybe try the Rich version? The Cloud Paints are nice, but I prefer something slightly more pigmented lol. I love the Lid Stars and the Sky Washes. They aren't meant to be opaque, full coverage, super pigmented. To describe them as a wash is perfect. They're meant to be undone and slightly messy. I think the best thing about them is that you don't have to be careful or precise with them, just slap them on, blend the edges and you're good to go. It's definitely not for everyone, but I think there is definitely a place in my collection for them!
Can you please do “dramatic glossier look” versus “no makeup makeup huda beauty look” 😂
That sounds like fun!!
i actually need this !!!
Yesss! Would advise applying the stretch concealer with a sponge as if it were a foundation. It looks gorgeous like that
Exactly what i wanted to suggest 😂😂

I have oily, acne-prone skin and dark circles and I love the stretch concealer! Glossier is my fave brand, it never bores or disappoints me
I like that you've stepped outside of your comfort zone and while you are a full coverage queen, I think you look really good in minimal makeup.
I’m interested in a video of a dramatic look with “no makeup” makeup products ☺️
I’ve heard good things about the Supergoop CC cream. Would love a review on that, esp because I’m not sure how light it’s lightest shade is
I’m down! Love supergoop spf so I have high hopes for their CC
I second this. I love Supergoop.
@@catrice1296 the Jack Black spf has been working for me. I need physical sunscreen, chemical sunscreen breaks me out
For a second thought you said you were making ‘scalps’ for dinner haha 😆. Can’t wait to see your thoughts!
SAME
Never heard this pronunciation before... lol.
Me too!
Did she mean "Scallops"? Bc I was kinda confused too
SAME!!!! Like who are you Hannibal Lector??😂😂😂 I’ve never heard someone say it like that before.
and yes I really want to see the liquid highlight and cloud paint with a full coverage face!
It’s just so dewy and light.
yesss a full dramatic gal look with glossier and a natural gal makeup with super full coverage, full on makeup pls
As an esthetician I’m really into their “skin first” schtick
When I discovered the RUclips beauty community (your channel was the first one), I seriously got into skincare. I went from wearing full coverage products to now, enjoying seeing skin. Thanks for trying this brand because I’ve been curious about it and yours are the only reviews I trust.😊❤️
your timing is AMAZING. i was literally just thinking about ordering from them, ugh i love you
I was really hoping you'd try the glossier futuredew one, it seems so extremely popular and I've yet to take the jump into purchasing it.
I really love it! And I've got oily skin. Gives you a really nice glow without being too much, and my skin loves it💕
I have super dry skin and I love it too!
I love Glossier! I have freckles and I like how you can still see them through the skin tint.
I have acne proned skin but since a few months, my skin is doing really great and I fell in love with glossier. I really like the complexion products, and I never ever thought that I would be into these products with my problematic skin! With the quarantine, I like that you can use everything with your fingers and it is super quick❤️🥰
I'm curious to see what you'd think of stretch concealer as a foundation! I've heard lots of people do that and love it.
I’m in my 40s, and I love Glossier... even though I am not their demographic. I love their cloud paints ( use them on lips and eyes for a monochromatic look ), their eyeliners are great and come in unique shades, love their brow items too.
I’m so excited! I never thought I had the skin for it.. this makes me want to try them anyway.
So glad the lighting is staying the same. It is spectacular!!! I know I’ve commented on like the last 3-4 vids about the lighting but it’s perfection.
"what kind of devil bird chirps at night" - zooey deschanel, failure to launch
A stand out product from Glossier is definitely their Future Dew! I love using it under makeup or sometimes mixed in with my foundation! I think you’d love it Taylor! ❤️
Interesting concept on the packaging... would you consider a “blind” study for one of your 21 days of foundation series? Maybe get 21 samples from Ulta and/or Sephora?? 😁
Love this idea!!!
I’ve never tried Glossier. I have oily skin and their products seem to be more geared towards normal to dry skin. The products look beautiful though.
6:36 tiny bit of blurring your freckles but..,,, at that level of sheer, I'd rather not wear anything (love the video!)
The niteshine highlighter is my fave highlight ever!’ It’s so Dewy and perfect for my cream makeup days and glowy skin!
Hey Taylor!! Thanks for being such a consistent and loving force on RUclips. You make me want to be a better person. 🖤
I’m a fan of using blush as eyeshadow. With their dry down, I wonder if those cloud paint blushes would make good cream eyeshadows?
I've seen several people say how much they enjoy using Cloud Paints on their eyes, but it was always a sheer, bit of color in the crease situation. I've never seen anyone apply it in a concentrated way on the eyes...
I like using mine on my eyes for a light wash. I use puff :-)
I always use the cloud paints if I want a light wash of colour and so easy to apply with just fingers but if you are looking for something very vibrant I wouldn't use the cloud paints since they are more on the sheer side.
You should ABSOLUTELY do a dramatic glossier look and/or imitate the glossier look with other products
I haven’t tried Glossier makeup. I feel like it’s way over priced. I did however find a similar product from what some people say and it’s the brand called Undone Makeup and they sell it on Target website. It works well on my skin plus is half the price of glossier
Tonight’s full look gave me sunset beachy vibes!!! Like perfect for drinks at sunset on the boardwalk. Very glowy in a good way.
I’ve felt the same way about Glossier and I also think it’s kind of cult-like. My favorite thing about watching Glossier videos is reading the comments; inevitably whoever made the video didn’t like the liquid shadow things or the skin tint (seriously... so common) and seeing how upset people get cracks me up 😂
Oh good can’t wait for those comments 😂
The fly made me think it was flying around my living room 😂
So waiting for this video!!! Also, the lighting looks perfect in this video!
Yes to dramatic makeup look with glossier!!! Your skin looks gorgeous by the way!
I love minimal make-up so Glossier is totally my jam, only it's expensive and they don't sell it here so it's not to be. I'd LOVE to see a dramatic Glossier look, though. For real.
Huge Glossier fan and your skin looks amazing after you used it. You can tell through the camera for sure. I much prefer this natural look on you!!
I've never felt like I could relate to or use Glossier either, but I'm ready for you to change my mind!😂
19:35 when Taylor days her eyeliner wings are wild and I think they look great 😅
You've looked very glowy and radiant to me recently and I dont know if you have some bomb skincare or you're just doing good in life and are happy (I hope both) but I'm living for it. 💞
I love how the cloud paint and the highlighter look, but the rest of it looks like a hot mess to be honest 😜 Kinda like what makeup looks like after sweating in it for hours. I don’t even want to imagine how it would look on an oily girl like myself after a few hours of wear.
I love this more natural look on you! So fresh and youthful. Love it! Even the skin tint!
Flower bomb is more dewy and less pigmented. Cloud paint dries more matte and is more pigmented and spreads further 👍
cloud paint has become my go to every since i got it. my every day look is brows done, mascara, a bit of cloud paint, glossier lip balm, and sometimes their highlighter. love their products. don't necessarily like the price but a little goes a long way :)
I actually like the flower beauty blush bomb more than glossier cloud paint.
Ugh ur videos always make me feel so calm and cozy I lovvvvvve it
I actually like the skin tint 😊 I add it to any foundation when I want to add a bit of dewy-ness. Also, I love the Boy Brow and Glossier lip gloss.
The glossier mascara is the best!!! I feel like everyone would like it, even if you like a more intense mascara it's a great one to use in combination with another one because it separates the lashes so beautifully. You can also really build it up in my opinion and somehow never get clumps or flaking with it!
Glossier seems like makeup for teen girls with perfect skin.
I thought u said u made SCALPS for dinner. I was like “say what???”🤣😂🤣😂
Lucy Clark she said Scallops!!!!😂😂😂
I have that same cream shadow, it does dry down, but since it’s shimmery, it doesn’t look great in the crease, so I’m glad they came out with the matte version, “Skywash.” Shimmery lids with matte crease always looks great in my opinion.😁
I feel like everything glossier has that I would want I can get from milk so I've never tried it.
I almost thought the color disappeared at first.
omg i just bought $90 worth of product from glossier after watching soooo many reviews and JUST saw you uploaded this. my favvv
I feel like my Brow Flick dried out insanely fast
mine, too. I only used it a few times. I think I got a dud (even with storing it tip down).
6:36 omg that literally did NOTHING lmao
