I am D2. It’s easy to control. 2 slices of bread per day. Skimmed milk, no butter or spread. Chicken beef pork lamb or fish. Fresh veg and fruit. Try oat milk which is fat free. Cook from scratch and only cook one meal. Get out the slow cooker and your reduce the work. Get the kids to pick up the clothes and other kids to tidy the bedrooms.

Yes pregnancy diabetes is different from what I know...we have lower targets to aim for to reduce impact to baby... I can only get normal numbers with protein and fats from cheese and things x
Hi Sam great to hear from you - some good bargins - My local Asda never seem to have any decent sale items left - I love Catlins outfit - she is growing up fast before you know it she will be in her teens I am sorry you've not feeling too good but to be honest I don't think I would in your situation - Can you not have a rest in the afternoon when Lucas goes for his nap - tell the children that they must be good to Mum otherwise all your viewers will come round to your home to sort them out (joke)

Have got your hospital prescription yet sam for metformin and your injection yet make you feel better and did you tell them how you are feeling got no energy to do anything if you start taking them promise you will start to pick up will take time you will feel like loads of energy again
Thanks love... Yes my GP has not sent my Metformin but I had some from when I had Lucas so using that... My injections I will get next week hopefully ...think I'm just drained the house feels like such a weight sometimes when I know how much I have to sort I feel so much better I've managed to sort some stuff xx

You might be type 2 but pregnancy diabetes is completely different thing
