Firing squad is inhumane but murdering four people is not?! What a joke.

The reason for the firing squad is supposed shortage of lethal injection drugs. Last time I looked, the government had warehouses full of confiscated fentanyl. End of story. 🙄

The people concerned about the death penalty are liberals and the religious, who look at this from a "Moral highground". They live in a dream world where everybody could be "fixed" and made good again if we just gave them a chance. Yet the same people, if it were their sister or daughter that was killed, would fry this guy in a second.

Kohberger and Trump both know how to delay delay delay! It is a tactic that often gets in the way of Justice.

The 8th amendment says no cruel or unusual punishments. That DOESN’T mean no death penalty, it means no one can be executed by being burden at the stake or be crucified

capital punishment fits this case. he lost his options after taking 4 lives

Why does this guy Look so guilty??? Honestly he always seems to be enjoying himself. There is nothing about him that remotely resembles an innocent man accused of executing 4 innocent people. I know “looking” guilty doesn’t make someone guilty, but he is just one frightening enigma at this point. This process really does seem like an eternity. These poor families must be in sheer hell.

I am fairly sure that if Kohberger pleads guilty and confesses that they would negotiate a life without parole in leu of the death penalty. Kohberger's defense wants it both ways. Fight the case, but if they lose, (which they will because he did this. DNA and an eye witness are about as powerful as it gets towards conviction and they know this), they get the lessor penalty? It does not work that way. If they take the DP off this case, then Ann Taylor is no longer needed. She is only assigned to this case because she is one of the few ADA's in ID with DP experience and is making 2X her normal salary for this case for that reason. I agree with others. The defense is unnecessarily wasting the court’s time with all this nonsense.

U guys realize that this man is innocent as of right now and hasn't been convicted? Killing people for killing others is hypocritical and everytime it happens the state lowers themselves to that of a killer
