I'm 62 with scoliosis and had a spinal fusion with a Roaf plate when I was 13 in the UK. I had quite a bit of pain when I was younger, but nothing at all in later years [after my 20s]. I am very active and work out, which has built up my muscles, improved flexibility etc. I also eat really healthily. I feel like these factors have had positive effects for me.
Thank you information on Rotoscoliosis. There is such limited info on this condition. What are some exercises someone should do to help with the pains afflicted with Rotoscoliosis?

I live in Australia. Is it possible to organise a video appointment where I can have a scoliosis specific exercise plan created? 4 years ago I had my scoliosis assessed in London so I have a baseline to supply you with

Is it possible to acquire rotoscoliosis through long term untreated postoral deviation and resultant atrophy and imbalance of muscles/ligaments etc. I have nearly all the symptoms. There is a rotational issue, but the curvature is now too slight to qualify as scoliosis. It had previously been flagged as mild scoliosis, pre chiro. Even then, it was deemed a non issue, although the chiro did try to factor the rotation in. Now, the docs won't even check though I'm experiencing gait, balance and vision issues, discomfort from the twisting and problems with clothing. No longer doing chiro. Strengthening the mid and upper back and glutes helps but it is also difficult to progress. I load asymmetrically due to the twisting hips, trunk and shoulders and it seems to create further imbalances. I can't bear weight evenly through my sits bones and tend to slouch into the convex side. I feel the rotation more keenly even as I'm getting stronger. Any advice?

I’d love to see a video on scoliosis and the risks of multiple pregnancies. Thanks.
