The black Tonka I would say It is spray painted. I’m in my sixty’s and I also raised 3 sons and I’ve never seen a black one. But if you look at the grill on the front of it you see the yellow also the rims are yellow. Which if you have any questions about boys I may be able to help. The Avon Cape Cod Collection was a dining set. Plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses...ect. And all the accessories like salt and pepper shakers, butterdish...it was highly collectable once.

I think the red cap is from the railroad. My father-n-law was a red cap in NYC Penn Station. He helped people with baggage and so forth for Amtrak. Back in the day when Amtrak was a nice ride with dining cars with white tablecloths and china. I have some great memories.
