I was looking so hard for that one recording, sad to hear it has been taken down. glad to hear that it is here.
Hahahaha same for me, i remember it's was the version of Ludgar Remy, hopefully because i was very sad, this is the BEST VERSION of the passacaille.
Check out Fernando Cordella's version, you'll surely enjoy!ruclips.net/video/13oQxH21TWg/видео.html&ab_channel=EROICAconte%C3%BAdo
Beethoven once said: Handel, to him I bow one knee; for he is the greatest composer to have ever lived
most renowed passacaille is astonishingthank you and big congrats
In a bit of a fuss, I pressed 9 and was suddenly confronted with a version of the Passacaglia that sounded very familiar... and then, two seconds later, I knew it. This is my favourite version! Very dynamic and pleasant to listen to!
Agreed
The best music never dies...
I often found only Passacaille but you upload the full version of Suite VI thank ya
The Gigue at 18:06 is such a beautiful melody. I can listen to it over and over again. ❤️
These suites are the definition of Baroque
By far my favourite from Handel.
Same here! I am very happy that I found it!!!!
Barroco y clave; la perfección hecha música por Händel . Maravilla !!

5:33 the last couple chords destroy me. as if i concard all my enemies at the sacrifice of everything i love making for bitter glory.
I tend to imagine tales whilst I listen to music as well... and I would say it is a healthy, creative habit.
This is Halle in case you are wondering.
