It's really hard to sing live. She sounds pretty good actually. Especially without having all those professional singers layered over her voice like on her records.
yeah, it was the very end of the show, and she is VERY active throughout it. Most people don't even really sing live when they do a lot of dancing. No one really sounds as good live though as they do on their CD. I think she sounds good though and she is so cute in this song. :D

Paula is an awesome performer, dancer, and she's even a good singer considering all of the stuff she's doing; she's definitely better than most 'singers' today and singing live like this proves it. However, I do agree, the outfit is so tacky. Lol
I wanted to believe that this truly was original work "hence" the somewhat poor singing. At 2:10 she is caught singing another lyric while the music finishes the other. Did anyone else catch this?
Nothing to catch. She sings 'Listen to me', and the backing singers/vocal track repeats the line in the same way as the album. She was singing live this entire performance... nothing to catch.

i only know her as an american idol judge so i wanted to see what she sounds like live. so far, to me it looks like she lip synches every performance. in this one for example, her mic is turned on so she can say things and make it seem like she's not lip synching, but really for the most part it's just playback and she pretends she's still singing when really she's just moving her lips. What's up with that? She musn't have a very good voice live.

I went to this concert and it honestly was one of the best concerts I have ever been to. It was more a performance or show than a concert. It was awesome. My mother took me to the concert with her boyfriend and her boyfriend was not a pop fan and was dreading it. He has seen over 3,000 concerts and he considers this one of the best he has seen! He did not regret it!!

In fact, I am pretty sure that is just a delay/decay echo on the mic that can be turned on and off... Standard practice in pop music live.
