7:13 About the problem for the sound keep cutting at certain frequency, you can turning off the "Keep Volume Consistent" at the Bluetooth setting in properties section for Redmi buds 5 pro, May this helpful.
I just got this redmi buds 5 pro and I like the sound better than my Huawei freebuds 6i, however, this problem ruined its sound quality and not all phones have an option to turn off keep volume consistent / Bluetooth absolute volume just like in my Galaxy s21 unless you enable developers mode which makes banking apps not to work. And disabling this will also make the volume control of the phone and the earbuds not to sync.. And how about Windows PC?
@@jerome436I'm sorry to hear that the settings only works on certain phones, since I'm user of Xiaomi phone so I'm not quite sure on how other phone's available options regarding this glitchy sound matter on Redmi buds 5 pro, and about the PC or other devices, I only use wired Headphones for my PC and my tablet so I didn't checked it yet.
I strongly recommend you to use Bluetooth earphones from the same brand as your phone.
@@XenoVerse351I hope Redmi will fix this as the redmi buds 5 pro really sound good after adjusting the EQ unlike the Huawei freebuds 6i. My main phone is actually a Xiaomi Mi 10 5G and yeah, it sounds odd that my main phone is older than my back up phone which is S21 plus, but it is because I like the Mi10 better and it is smoother and faster than my s21.
@@jerome436 Tbh, at first I didn't expecting for the sound that made by this earbuds would be this great for it's price range, I could say after I settled the glitchy sound and this one is way more better than the Redmi Buds 4 Pro in many aspect for sound, but for the build quality is a downgrade from the previous one, I prefer the Redmi buds 4 Pro for the build quality.
And yes I do hope Xiaomi will take a note for this problem for their next product that will launch soon.

I would also pick the 5 over the 5 pro. The problem you have can also stem down to the 'ergonomic' design of the buds itself, the eartips and even your earhole causing the buds to not stick in as perfectly to get that bass. It happened to me when i had some earphones and no matter how much i tried to fit them, they just fell out. Your videos are good. I remember watching your Hauwei Y360 video on repeat becsuse i was about to drop $7500 at the time in 2017 which was a lot of money. I want recommend you do some videos on the ill practices of telecoms companies "cough,flow,cough", especially their porting from digicel deal. It almost catch me off guard when i was buying for my mom.
In your opinion, which buds do you recommend for me Huawei Freebuds Pro (2) or Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro in terms of sound quality witch one sounds better

Im experiencing the same thing on certain frequencies cuttig off is there any fixes?
I don't experience any freq cut.. eq I set custom and turn off Dimensional Audio fixed freq cut. ANC I set to deep. everything is ok. Using bluetooth with phone/pc using LDAC protocol, feel perfect. Sometime source coming from hi compression audio such as youtube, u feel not solid. I''m using TIDAL with audio quality set to high, everything perfect.
Mr willy all me can say great reviews on tech it hard to grow ur channel quickly cause most jamaicans support foolishness but jus gwan hold the faith

I use the buds 5 pro and I've not been disappointed in terms of
1. ANC
2. Call quality
3. Sound quality
4. App not region locked
5. Case is really sleek
Things I think can be improved
1. Battery life is not as advertised I got 5.5-6hrs on ANC and about 7 hours without ANC
2. Putting and taking out the bud is different from most and took me a couple of days to get used to it.
Note: I use a Xiaomi 13T pro so my experience might be a little different
Please tell me I'm using apple airpods pro but for some reason I will have to switch, did u ever use airpods pro (1st gen)? And how would u rate it's anc comparatively to that specific?
@@androidbeast I didn't use the airpods pro but to be honest, I believe the best experience on Apple would be the airpods from 2nd gen experience
