just saw them last night in Bangor, just became a fan a couple weeks ago after the radio station pounded new album in my ears, then suggested I see some of the videos, and these concerts were up. I had an absolute a riot! class participation is required!
It's funny you say this. I saw them a year ago when they played with volbeat. Never heard them before but once I saw them live I became a fan. Now can't stop listening to their music. Best showmanship and appreciation to their fans, let alone great songs, how can you not become a fan of theirs.
How do they always seem to sound excellent live?! Their talent and consistency are excellent! Not to mention they seem to have an excellent crew behind them. Excellent production!
I play guitar: their instrumental guitar parts are quite straightforward (yet efficient! ), guitar solos are mostly melodic (no senseless shred) and therefore easy to perform identically on stage. Maybe the voice of T Forge is the only variation I can think of (probly the mask doesnt help). My fav band at the moment, very powerful and awsome songs
@@laurentferriere2748 It's not just their playing though, their sound engineers are insanely good at what they do - it takes a lot of behind the scenes magic to make a live sound as good as theirs. I saw them in person for the first time recently and was absolutely floored at how good their sound was :)
I never heard of Ghost until a few days ago when I stumbled on one of their vids, now I wish I'd known about them sooner and that I'd known about the concert, I would have gone in a heartbeat, hope they come back to Tucson soon so I can see them live
This show was on my 18th birthday! If I lived in Arizona and knew ghost existed at the time, I could have been here instead of in Frankfort, Kentucky eating at longhorn with my annoying ass family.

My theory is that he won't die but the other Papa's are gonna be brought back somehow. Also since Impera is about the end of an empire, I think something may happen to Sister Imperator since she pretty much made this whole thing happen and has been in charge since day 1. Anyway if anything happens to Copia I'm gonna lose my shit.

They did play half of the songs from that album. You can'f play all of them, that's not how a concert really works logistically. You need to have the bangers that people recognize and also throw in some of your old songs for people that are just getting into the band to discover

Man, it's been more than a month since that night and i can't still belive it, i miss this night so much, like since then i watch my videos and pictures of the ritual and almost end up crying all the times, it was really the best night of my entire life.
Different story here, but same result, saw them early September. Didn't even know who they were about 5 months ago, now it's all I want to hear (y).. Con Clavi Con Dio, and Year Zero were 2 of the loudest most intense songs I've ever seen. It's a good feeling on the square!
Last time they were here, I heard about the concert three days after it occurred. There was no way I was gonna miss Ghost again. Had ZERO clue that they dropped a new album this year, let alone that this was their tour for the album. I fell in love with Ghost all over again from this concert, that I can't stop listening to Impera from beginning to end at least three times a day. I can't wait for what Tobias has in store for us next. Thank you for uploading. I get to experience this all over again.

different story, I kept hearing the songs, and checked out the video's to decide buy tickets or not. The show, and this is no lie, has put my depression back in the locker. Spillways is basically spot on, that's what this concert was. ( don't forget to practice the verses, it's a class participation show). Nothing like being there though, it's real thunder!
This was such an incredible show -- easily one of my favorites of all time! They've come a long way since I last saw them when they opened for Iron Maiden several years ago 🤘

I love Ghost but it may take seeing them in person to understand just how incredible they are as musicians and showman. This is literally one of the best shows I have ever seen and I have seen alot!

What you don't get from these videos: insides shaking with the bass, and drums, those explosions are really loud, and those flames are hot!, I was on side with lead guitar, and he is the real deal, it's funny from either side, He threw his pic at the other guy, and he picked it up to show him "it's mine now", and put it in his pocket. It would make a huge difference in the experience, and the lore that is still unravelling. The music will remain awesome, but part of the experience that is Ghost, is the theatrics, show, and the masks. I'm not sure how it would affect the number of fans, but I can imagine people would be less interested in going to a ritual
