Blueberry Strudel | Easy Berry Pie

On a hot summer day, you want something very light and airy.
Seasonal Berry Strudel is a quick and delicious sweet treat.
You only need a few ingredients!
1.Finished puff pastry.
2. Frozen berries - 300 gr (in my case blueberries)
3.Starch - 1 tbsp. the spoon
4 Yolk
Put the berries in a bowl, add the starch and stir. Blueberries are sweet, so I don't add any sweetener.
If the berry is watery, you must first defrost it and drain the juice.
I spread the filling on the dough, fix the edges and turn it with the seam down. I cut the dough with a knife and grease the surface with yolk.
Bake at 180 C (220 C) - 40-45 minutes (Focus on your oven)
