    That filter looked funky
    I love the riello burner but if you ever run into the plastic control box broken from the set screw being too tight you can you use a regular ignitor clip off a beckett or carlin to tighten it down that had gotten me out of a jam a couple times.
    Replacing the motor you need the control box and pump off just to get to it other than that they are very reliable burners

    08:50 what are you applying there to clean that plate?
    I'm trying to troubleshoot what's wrong with my buderus. It shuts off each night after purging water out the t&p valve. I replaced the valve and that stopped it for about a month, but now it's purging nightly again. Already replaced the expansion tank.

      How about the boiler feed water pressure regulator? You should have about 15 psi in the heating system.

    when i do a service i always change the pump strainer
