@@culturalliberator9425 Maybe the title is supposed to sort of imply that the “Industry” (As in, like, urban areas, or just areas with links to society) is the “Angel” because these monsters are hiding away from society or something, idk, the title still feels like it was unchanged from a previous version of the story where it would make sense :/

@@Sapphiregamer8605It's a good thing I watched the entire video, and even if I hadn't, was generally referring to all SFM creepypastas. I don't know what they're on about.
Honestly at first I thought the narrator's attempt at doing a deep voice was bad but it helps it feel like a creepy campfire story being told. Awesome animation as always, love the way it's built up with the environment and paintings and then the guy comes in.

That was an incredibly well-narrated and well-depicted creepypasta! The combination of thoughtful use of gmod assets and the over-the-top menace of the narrator really made it shine.

I haven't regularly listened to creepypasta's in years but something about the look of source, the good use of animation and models these videos (Not using TF2 models for example, like many other do which really takes away from the feeling that these are meant to be random people) and the tasteful amount of horror visuals, makes me way more interested in them than I have been in so long

You should definitely make a video about SCP 106's origins, about him raiding the german trench and falling into that hole. It would amazing since I don't think anyone else has done it yet, and especially with your quality

Honestly, I hope he doesn’t , SCP horror can be really forced and unrealistic, SCP-106 seems interesting but I much prefer these creepy pastas instead.
@@vreikezen8268agreed. SCP became way too politicised and cringe a long time ago. Some of the stories from the early years are good but newer stuff is extremely gay.

I have an eclectic taste in my media and separate the art from the artist but the scp started to get extremely lame and cringe. You can’t seriously look at the homestuck gay skeleton article and say that that’s on par with original entries? They even banned comments and wiki votes. It’s become a bundle of sticks echo chamber of losers and poor writing held up by being lgbt epic. They even removed the doorknob article 😂. It’s a trash heap now, most admins from the glory days left and admitted as much. If you like it more power to you but you’re defending a pile of shit.
...Wonder what would happen if someone armed with a gun had their shadow point the gun at one of the Demon Shadows and mimed firing the gun? Will it kill one of them? Will it cause them to flee?
It amuses me to imagine a Pistol slinging traveller managing to kill several of them, and the Painting on the wall later showing a bunch of fleeing Demons and the image of the traveller pointing his/her gun after them.
The demons will write stories about the wretched murican.

It's a good animation, but I think the narration voice is trying too hard to emulate the whole "creepy dark figure" thing. Just a bit too much.

This is awesome
So from what I’ve gathered it seems like this belonged to an ancient tribe during the ice age (possibly neandrathals) who were attacked by demons and brutally killed and eaten. Ones that survived the attacks found this cave and wrote down the terrifying acts of murder that they witnessed, painted by their blood and feces (hence the brown and red paint). You might even go as far as to believe that it was some sort of spell that kept the demons inside the cave in shadow forms, which would explain the praying figures and the hungry shadows only being present in the cave. But the praying paintings could also possibly be the humans that tried to pray to compel the demons, or at least summon some sort of guardian Angel. In the Bible praying for a guardian Angel has specific instructions, I’m pretty sure. Oh right and to explain why they knew about Christianity, some Siberian tribes evolved like 2000 years ago, after Jesus was born. So it’s not far fetched that they knew about early Christianity, especially since it evolved and travelled near the area. Anyways that’s just my theory(s) but believe whatever you like! 😊

I can see it kinda follow Junji Ito's school of thought: take a seemingly mundane thing, in this instance ancient cave paintings, and twist the context into something unsettling.

Hey there, awesome vídeo, i recommend you making one about a creepypasta called "i am a Park ranger. Something is killing the tourists" it's a bit long but Worth it a lot! There is a channel called lighthouse horror that made a video narrating the story, and a animation about it would be so awesome. Success for you

So those who stay in the cave will become a victim of the demons
And when the narrator mentioned cave drawings, they could be people who never came back from the cave, in other words those victims enter another realm that burns, I think the fire is Hell, AKA a place, which is exactly why you see shadows of unknown things doing something to someone, in which whatever happened to them will be shown drawn inside the cave, and maybe wherever they went into the darkness might just take their soul or become one of those who torture the victims.
What if I bring one of those camping lamps that are better than football field light?
I'd prefer a more casual narrator
And i live in northern europe. never sheltering in cave if im hiking then!
This is my theory I think those are the pictures of people who were killed and the people who were lucky enough to survive the cave

I like to imagine that this is the origin of the Uncanny Valley effect. If you don't know what that is it's basically the uncomfortable feeling that you get when you look at something that is almost human but not quiet human (porceline dolls are a great example of this).
One of the biggest things that I've always been curoious about with this is what is it that could have possibly gotten us to evolve this sense into our DNA. With this video, we might just have an explanation.
