The report ended up roping in a bunch of random events from Destiny’s life that had nothing to do with the drama nor the allegations of sexual misconduct. After the report, Mr. girl fizzled into irrelevance. His community has shrunk and shrunk and shrunk. He got banned off RUclips and Twitter. As for Lav, she still streams and still tries to insert herself into drama. There was a recent show where she still brought up Destiny and still flip flops between accusing destiny of being improper but also doing everything necessary to protect her (as he was able to). She, to this day, cannot make her mind. Don’t think Mr. Girl and Lav collaborate anymore. They both pretty much ruined their own streaming careers over nothing.

Mr.Girl did a “everything bad” (or “best of”) report about Destiny. Half of the report was just Lav’s story (he couldn’t get any other “witnesses” to come forward). The report ended up roping in a bunch of random events from Destiny’s life that had nothing to do with the drama nor the allegations of sexual misconduct. After the report, Mr. girl fizzled into irrelevance. His community has shrunk and shrunk and shrunk. He got banned off RUclips and Twitter. As for Lav, she still streams and still tries to insert herself into drama. There was a recent show where she still brought up Destiny and still flip flops between accusing destiny of being improper but also doing everything necessary to protect her (as he was able to). She, to this day, cannot make her mind.

this is probably the most I've ever enjoyed listening to Max talk. He's very clear, open towards the emotions of others, and generally just much easier to listen too. If he were like this all the time I don't think I would have ever had such an issue with him, but as it stands I'm still a Mr. Girl hater, if he behaves in this way going forward that could be open to change.

However if he acted in this way when it came to debates, it would actually be bearable to watch, regardless of if I agreed with him. I still wouldn't agree with him, but I wouldn't actively shit on him If he acted like this more often is what I'm getting at.

He's often not debating, and he's often too honest to try for optical (but not fact/content/philosophical) wins. I think cherry saying that she doesn’t understand Max’s reason for covering the screen with her camera is pure damage control. She knows and admits that she has gotten things wrong in this accusation, so I think her saying she “doesn’t understand why” is just her trying to minimise said damage. Not wanting to be seen on camera for a minute or two is something I can pretty confidently say every streamer has done at one point or another, and it’s absurd that cherry acts like this is uncommon or unbelievable. If she doesn’t believe him that’s one thing, but to act like that explanation doesn’t make sense is absurd. I think she saw something and made some assumptions about why it happened and missed a few key details at the time, then just filled in the gaps herself based on the surrounding context. This is something humans do all the time, as much as we try not to. People get high off the idea of being right and having the killshot argument especially during a debate setting.
