as someone from pokhara, being a gurung (knows grg words) and who pretty much enjoys 'bèllè lyìpá' croissants i had no clue of what the name actually meant. i thought it was some french word or something 😂 it was when u mentioned it's a gurung word that realization hit me HARD lmao

Ha! . to all the Goo Goo Gaa Gaa peoples up there if you think that coming to Nepal is having croissants and drinking cold coffee that's not experiencing Nepal it all ( stay home ) Lakeside is just a boring tourist ghetto , Nepal is something a little different then that , before it's to late , Nepal is about the mountains , getting lost in a traditional village eating around a fire cooked meal with amaa ( Mother) , sometime no electricity and for sure no hot shower in the morning and always the toilet outside , but you will be stunt by the beauty of the mountains first thing when you wake up , that's Nepal . There is no room for precious goo goo gaa gaa peoples here . Please, croissant and coffee in Lakeside what a funny joke ! It doesn't get any funnier then that.
Everyone has different opinion/choices on how they'd want to enjoy things. If she wants to explore nepal by eating croissants and drinking cold coffee it's her freaking choice let her do what she wants. In the other hand if u want to explore nepal by doing what u said then it's your choice too. You cant force people to like what you like 🙌
