The trios belts, Atlantic belts and tbs title are dissolved along with all but 3 belts from ROH.
1st year. You have disgruntled fans but packed shows on 3 hr dynamite along with collision being the b show and ROH being purely developmental. But super colorful with everyone having cartoony gimmicks.

I'm not saying it was the worst promo of all time but that was the worst Mercedes Mone/ Sasha Banks promo i've ever heard.
I haven’t seen it, but from the clips I’ve seen of every segment Mone has done…..she hasn’t done ANYTHING well.
I remember when she got to New Japan, she botched her finishing move the first time she did it. It’s a preposterous overly complicated move and she did it badly. Then I remember her cutting a god awful promo that sounded like she was on xanax.
She’s got a nice face and ass, and she chooses cool outfits. That’s about it.

Julia worked with the House of Black because she was the eye candy surrounded by 3 monsters. When Julia is on her own, she is forced to talk and she's forced to be a character which she can't do. I don't really know how you would fix Julia because her character needs to be intimidating or at least some sort of mastermind. she has to tell the people those ideas and it just seems like she doesn't have the charisma to pull it off. She really just has is a look and now with sky blue, a lackey.
Imagine if Tony actually had expectations. He might look at the results from the last dozen times he pushed tiny undefined dorks and go “hmmm, none of these people have taken the ball and ran with it…..maybe I should be more selective about who I pour millions of dollars of promotion into.”

Man, I love AEW and I was there live in Indy Wednesday. It’s always a great time in person, but Tony came out after the Swerve and Joe segment and said they were about to film 3+ hours of Rampage and ROH material. I feel bad for the wrestlers, but I and a shit ton of other people ducked out.

Bryan Danielson is a baby face in a heel group. He's facing off against babyface Will Ospreay, who's also in a heel group. They're both fighting for the title of "Best in the world".
Yet, neither one has a belt at all.
The babyface Samosas Joe is the actual world champion. But he's def not best in the world.
He's facing off against the babyface Swerve Strickland, who has a heel manager and is also in a heel group. Maybe? They never addressed if he ever left. But, the heel manager still dances with him to the ring regardless.
Anyways, Ospreay vs Danielson will main event, after the new world champion is crowned, for the title of "Best in the world".
Aew is a 🤡 show.

Claudio Castagnoli needs to spend the summer in the NJPW G1 Climax tournament.
I tuned in at the end when Moxley ran in. It was hard to watch considering what Rollins and Reigns have been up to. Wish TK wasn’t in total denial trying to prove everyone wrong, in hopes he ends up looking like a genius with 4D booking
I struggle to understand the purpose of the FTW belt. It's unsanctioned and completely meaningless.
It would make more sense to Replace the FTW title with a AEW Hardcore Championship or AEW Deathmatch Championship. With as many hardcore matches as they have, it would make sense to have a Championship for it, especially they have enough wrestlers to have a hardcore division and many of them come from hardcore/death match backgrounds (CZW,GCW,BJPW even ECW).
They spent a lot of money on Ibushi as well, have barely gotten a thing out of him, and probably never will considering they have a history of not getting talents out of their own way.

Hart actually had great facials after the match when moné came in. I’m not sure what they’re watching. They’re just recycling all of their generic criticism.
I looked for production values during the opening promo, it looked great. Especially when Mox got on the apron and posed for the crowd.
I was watching for harts facials because they always mention them. Her sneering grin when moné came in was great and expressed a message. Almost like it was her plan to get moné out there, and when she came, hart feels like she can pull her strings.
I’d also bet moné is the one who took out willow.
If Konnan thinks his mouth is dry just imagine the women in an AEW crowd.

AEW for years has been nonsensical chaos. They don't have story lines and they don't make compelling characters. They book matches and act like everyone should know or not care about why the match is happening. Khan is a match mark so he books for match marks. And most fan of wrestling want characters and storylines and without them matches don't mean anything.

I've thought that about Sasha Banks for years. Good looking. Not that tight in the ring. Prone to botching, but at least she takes the risks. Half is who she's working with.
