The deep grooves seen on the disc should be smoothend out.. it shows severe wear n tear , change the pads,, replace it with the original pads too, the peculiar sound is still present..

When the scooter issue get solved which was arrived while started the scooter before tyre fitting, and when the brake pad rubbing noise gone after brake pad resetting.
Scooter issue solved when it restart automatically. And break pad rubbing noise goes within few km of drive.
what brand are the break pads?
you can used any brand which is avaliable to you. I am using original ola disk pad.
