Ive heard it a couple times but vampires can’t get you until you give them permission to enter your home. So basically they can’t attack you in your own house.

They physically can't enter the house until you give them permission. That's why Jay had to get the one girl to say "Come on in" before he could get her even though she implied he could come in

This game is really interesting. If you play it again, try saying "may I come in?" at the end of convincing them. As a vampire you have to get permission before you enter, which is why it took a while for Raven to let you in. Even though she already implied you could enter, you couldn't enter until she said "come on in". I've never played this game before so I'm just guessing, but here are some ideas for how to stop people from turning you away
Bitcoin guy: You seemed to be getting somewhere with the Bitcoin guy before it broke. As long as you agree with him, I think he will keep talking to you.
Karen: dress official and say you are from the homeowner association and you're here to get reports from her about her neighbors. Alternatively, if you dress fancy and pretend to be rich and interested, she might let you in.
Lab girl: tell her you know about her experiments and you want to help her. If she thinks you're from the FBI, tell her they want to shut her down, but you can help her hide the experiments from them.
Beauty sleep girl: compliment her
Naked guy: be naked and talk about how overrated clothes are
Anyone who immediately is friendly or says welcome: say you're new to the neighborhood and you're looking to make new friends
Police: if naked, try saying you were attacked and you need help. Respect them and be polite
Compliments are a good way to butter people up into letting you in. If they're already hostile(Karen, cop, lab girl), I doubt it will help you. Also, Raven's outfit should work for places you want to pretend you're a lost kid. Try saying you're lost and need to call your mom to pick you up. In general, you should match your personality and lies to their personality. With karen, complain about youths. With youtuber, dressing weird and acting ridiculous worked.

I downloaded the game just because of Jay, it's really good and finished it in one sitting😭😭 It's short but worth 12$ honestly
this is what i kinda did to win;
mostly dress up to match the person in the house and talk about what they like, having those deliveries and doctor stuff is kinda hard - also pretending as the neighbor can get abit tricky, i get kicked out most of the time (prob just because of my social skills) it really doesnt matter what type of fashion you have going on, just have something the person will like. Mostly holding an item or wearing something that will really intrigue the person can get the conversation going, talk about the item you're holding or wearing and make sure it's atleast relevant to their likings or such - also talk positive, dont go too positive, just really dont make them uncomfortable lol
